PM stands for physical mail. If you want to talk privately to someone you need to send a letter. Makes for added complexity!
No restriction aside from the obvious caveat that you can't reveal any new information once you're dead. Advisory capacity only from there on out. (The "Once you are dead" section of the rules goes into a bit more detail with this).
However, as always, exercise caution when networking. :yes:
