So is that another vote for Mariah? I cant believe you dont know any of her 15 number one hits like say Hero for instance or One Sweet Day that set the record for staying on top of the charts the most consecutive weeks in history..

Well, I usually put them into the "just another female singer" - drawer(in my brain that is ~;) ) in which there are a lot of nice songs, but nothing special except for a few maybe. I often remember the songs when I hear them, but most often I don´t really care and they won´t make me listen up.

I like Nelly Furtado for example and one of the purest voices I ever heard is that of Feist. ~:)

Oh, and my vote was for Mariah, that´s correct.

Ilke the only single artist to ever out sell her is Elvis and the only group to out sell her is the Beatles. Shes number 3 on the all time sales list. 15 number one singles again trailing only Elvis and the Beatles. No other female artist is even close.

I'd have thought Madonna was pretty damn close.

I dunno, I just don't like her music...but she's prettier than Janet Jackson and that's for sure imho
