Yeah sorry i meant pounds, around the 240 mark. In kilos my max is 110kg. Alot of the machines at my gym have kg and ib weights. Made a bit of a mistake there. My bad. Sorry! ~D
Now to answer a question that has been bugging me all my life:
How much kg is a pound?
And for that matter: how much kg is a stone?
Damn island barbarians...
~Wiz ~;)
2.2 pounds in a kg, 14 lbs in a stone iirc, I am not good with imperialQuote:

So which convinience store makes you shorter?
7/11s tend to be more on the 5'10 side while Wawas are usually around 5'11
Oh and I'll add that almost every sport team (track included) has tried to recruit me this year, and I might join Varsity Track next year (javalin)
Personal bests
Bench press........145 kilo
Squat.................170 kilo
Deadlift ..............200kilo
100m ( back in the day ) .....12 seconds
All fond memories these days

So how long ago was that? Yesterday? ~D My best is yet to come (I am 14, so if I don't have any major accidents I have a lot of space to improve) and what is a deadlift?Quote:

Why would they want you for the 1500m? I got the idea from a previous post you're not the next Paula Radcliffe ~D :duel:Quote:

why Jav? I'd always thought of that as a non brute force sport as I am quite good at it...you may have got the point I weigh very little and despite being able to bench my weight etc, I am not going to be challenging for Shotput anytime soon, I am 3rd best in my year at Javelin which is plain weird...I like it ~DQuote:

They specifically asked me for javalin first, then later for shotput.

Why? I swear they're about the same...I can do much more on the leg press though, it depends...our school has really low limits on the machines I mean only 85kg on the squat? I can do like 3x30 of that and i am not particularly strong ~DQuote:

A sensible training partner to spot your exercises ( remember the Bench press is equally dangerous )
Perform your Squats in a Power Rack. Should you be unable to ascend from bottom position there is no danger because bars are set to your lowest point and these will take the weight of the barbell. You can walk away in complete safety. The Power Rack is invaluable if circumstances dictate that you train alone.
Above all free weights are far more beneficial than any machine because you must use muscles to stabilise the exercise and your body will move according to your leverages.
You have never trained unless you have tried the Twenty Rep Breathing Squat Routine ~;)

I dunno, I do mine on a machine as well as a cage thing because I can't actually life 85kg...seriously, I can squat it but have no chance of lifting itQuote:

On the bench 70 kg, not my strongest point, but I can do 50 pushups without much effort.
lenghth 1.86

Overall I am in pretty good condition.
