oh, Iguana and Kaze are active at the Shinkage board atm. Iguana was disappointed there aren't more around. I told him I'd ask you to come, so... please drop by to say hello to your old m8's again. ~:)

Well, turns out I got the mumps :sick2: - so I'll be quarantined to the house for a while... Meaning that I'm around if anyone's up for some games...? (well, "games", more like - "Who wants to kick my ass?")

I had to reinstall Shogun today...

I reinstalled v1.02 and changed the Internet.cfg file to get on your server Shambles - but I crash to desktop everytime I try joining your server...

I dont know why that is.

I illcheck ip baned list, But it should be empty


I checked and as i thought NO 1 has been banned.
Have you tried playing a single player game and does that work?

Apart from that the only thing i can think of Is for you to uninstall game,
Then run a registry cleaner program (lots around,)
Theres 1 on my web page, and Lots in www.majorgeeks.com
Then after that Restart pc.

Reinstall and update.
Finaly edit the internet.cfg file.

ChatserverIPAddress = ShogunTW.no-ip.info
ChatserverPort = 8793
NewsserverIPAddress = daphne.eagames.co.uk
NewsserverPort = 8797


There is a nother line of text in the internet.cfg file But leave that as is.

I followed your instructions to the letter Shambles, still though, when I connect - I either get "Failed to Connect", or I crash to desktop.

The strange thing is - I used to get that all the time, then after a few times I was able to log onto the foyer, I've no idea what changed - but after getting on I could always do so. Since reinstalling though - I havent managed to get on yet. I'll just keep trying & hope for the best.

Very weird indeed. keep trying m8. hope it'll work.

Hey thanks for the pointer Drisos - I think I've managed to get rid of the family name "problem", We'll see when I'm around for some more games.

Right then - my summer holidays are coming to a close in about 2 days, naturaly I've left all the work 'till last minute - so I won't be playing for a couple of days :book:
