My favorite is probably God of War or RTW's soundtracks.

Just found a fun site dedicated to the Monkey Island series. I adored the first one on the amiga when i was a kid. The witty adult humour was just fantastic at its time in gaming, and still has me in stitches when i play it. Those insults were just hilarious ~D

Anyway they have the theme music here if anyone wants to have a listen. Good stuff

I have to say that I quite enjoyed the Final Fantasy VII soundtrack, and often kill Sephiroth and do the bit when Aeris is killed just to hear the One Winged Angel and Aeris' Song (can't remember the name).

The soundtrack for the Napoleonic mod on MTW:VI is also quite good, especially the version of Ode to Joy, and the song on the Main Menu.
