my reasoning is fine.
Politicians are evil but they want to be elected so they shave (I wrote that they did not want to be appear to be evil not that they aren't).
Good politicians shave too. But they are mythological.
Mouz does not care about being perceived as evil as he is not running for office.

If that's not enough, I heard therother also drives a Hummer, has a volcano of evil in his backyard, and even convinced Katie Holmes to become a Scientologist. No kidding.
edit: I didn't really say therother was the most evil EB member though. I think that honor might have to go to Qwerty. I have it on very good authority that he actually stole this little kid's fish:
