In Oklahoma having as little as a dime bag and "paraphenillia" is grounds to have 7 different charges brought against you, including charges that mean you lose your home and everything in it if you are convicted. The war on drugs is a business, and seizures of assets can make up to 20% of a sheriff departments operating budget. Cops, washington, and every privatized corrections company can lick my butthole
Smoking Marijuana doesn't support terrorism, buying it does. Black market money whether it comes from cigarettes or crack is making its way to terrorists. I thought someone who comes from a town that’s recently been closely linked to terrorist activity would understand this. That’s one way they get funding.

Re: Silly Anti-Drug movement
I don't think you've never heard of 'BC Buds', 'nederwiet', or the famous pot from northern california that is the best around... in fact it is only the schwag that is sold by shadey characters to high school kids.

Re: Silly Anti-Drug movement
As long as the goverment refuses to legalise drugs they are indirectly responsible for terrorists gaining money from these sources.

I don't think too much weed is grown by terrorists. :laugh4:

Re: Silly Anti-Drug movement
:idea2: Does some one know if some country ever trying presenting facts about drug using in stead of false, dishonest and disingenous arguing?
There is still enough bad thing about (most) drug using to keep you away, and they could get no loss of respect like they do for lying.

Booyaka. As if pot money is really going to terrorists, though...it's not. That's the most preposterous thing I've ever heard.

Re: Silly Anti-Drug movement
So let me get this straight...fundamentalist Muslim terrorists are financing their activities through the sale of narcotics now?
Seeing as those chaps have a problem with mere alcohol, this seems unlikely.
-
Re: Silly Anti-Drug movement
Initially they were going to get their funding from selling copies of the Quran and full length back all over dresses. Sadly the bottom fell out of that market so they've taken up breaking their own laws to kill others - shocking breakdown in ideals I know.
Gorebag I don't think that pot money in the main is going to fund the next 9/11. Some narcotic money - probably. To stop this, legalising is the only way that is going to work, as wished for by 51% of Canadians.

Ah, so the terrorists are hypocrites. I'm glad you cleared that up.

You do know that the main export of Afghanistan is the poppy, which is used to make opiates, right?
Rory, I totally agree with you; legalising all drugs would be a great way to fix a number of problems. Never heard about this 51% of Canadians bit..maybe we should push for it.

Re: Silly Anti-Drug movement
So opium, heroin = pot?
Damn... I never knew I smoked opium.

Re: Silly Anti-Drug movement
Of course not... This part of the discussion stemmed from the statement that buying weed, pot, grass ect ect. would be helping terrorists. So from there to the poppyseeds from Afghanistan is a fairly long way.

Quick Quiz
And which political group almost wiped out poppy production in Afghanistan?
Which faction used poppy production to fund their military campaign?
What has happened to poppy production since the fall of the taliban?
:dizzy2: The answers aren't ones that are going to fill many presidential speeches that's for sure.

Re: Silly Anti-Drug movement
Are some of you people actually surprised that extremist Muslims use the black market to supplement funding? They intentionally target people based on where they were born; they think it’s OK to rape Swedish girls because they’re all whores anyway; they’ll saw your head off with a kitchen knife… Ya, I think they’re capable of it.

Re: Silly Anti-Drug movement
Go and have a trawl through the archive for stories of european jewry in the 1920s and 30s. You'll find some of the themes of barbarism, rape of innocent white women, cultural decline and defence of western civilisation are common. Same story, different actors.

Re: Silly Anti-Drug movement
legalize pot and tax the hell out of it if it makes you feel better.
crack and cocain comes from south american, our money goes to south america, terrorists (mabey not muslim ones) live in south america, money to carribian terrorists, more drugs, more degredation. so yes...some of it does go to terrorists.

Ya, the only difference is a little thing I like to call 'truth'.

How stupid can you be? Like being high somehow exponetially increases your chances to get AIDS
It`s just a modification of the truth. Many drug takers are HIV/AIDS infected because they used somebody elses needles.
