Especially since one must assume that the landlord (lady) also is only 4 foot and 350 pounds that only bathes once a decade. You can see the growth of fungus coming out from underneath the sweat stains of her dress made from an old window drape, as well as the fungus growing out of the fat folds along her arms. Her teeth (the three that she has remaining) are black and her breath smells of an old landfill turned into a festering swamp.
now if you can envision having sex with such a creature - then you do deserve some free room and board. (however I am afraid the residence will not be one of your choice.)

Well, we have to assume that the renter in question is given a chance to see the place as well as the landlord before signing on for it.
And if that is the case, which I think it is (if not then why on Earth would anybody agree to it?), then it is highly unlikely that the landlord is going to be a beached whale or some growth from the lower levels of the forest. That person knows full and well that they will never get anybody to agree to it (humans are after all logical beings). They would rather get the money (unless of course they are filthy rich).
It is far more likely that the landlord/-lady is one of those slightly geeky, slightly recluse persons who simply don't get laid very much but aren't directly repulsive if not hugely attractive either.

Now that raises other questions...
If you have sex with the landlord/lady and you enjoy it and start loving eachother, that might end up as a marriage even and then you won´t need the appartment anymore(you can live in the house of the landlord/lady...hopefully) but you will still be able to have sex. On the other hand, he/she will have to rent the appartement to someone else for money now, or your marriage will make no sense....
Then again, what if the landlord/lady wants to rent several appartments in a big building for sex, because he/she well...erm, ok:inquisitive: :help: :oops:
