If I knew a PC version was imminent, I would add Call of Duty 3 to the list. (Hey, a guy can hope!) ~D
Game 2. Definately. As well as ArmA.
I might get Spore.

Supreme Commander, after seeing a gameplay trailer. Impressive stuff.
Also Assassins Creed, for the PS3, I presume that'll make its way to the PC someday.
Also looking forward to Hitman Blood Money.
And of course MTW2, and the (hopefully) accompanying mods.
An honourable mention to EB, I eagerly await the first full release.

:furious3:I don't play RTS games online. And there was lots wrong with AoE3. It's gameplay is stuck in 1998 (it's the same problem I have with Warcraft 3). It's an infirior and 3D version of American conquest 1. That's my problem I played a better version of AoE3 3 years ago.Quote:

I haven't heard of that one - cool, I liked MP2: very nice story-telling, sharply drawn characters, atmospheric setting and decent gameplay. A shooter that was almost an RPG. It's not WW2, but have you ever played Vietcong? I now some here disagree with me, but I find it an excellent single-player historical shooter. Strikes just the right balance between realism and fun, and has a varied and gripping campaigh. Stay away from Vietcong 2 though.Quote:

Supreme Commander looks good as well though I doubt it'll be my kinda game... propably will need a new PC for those games though... :help:
I cranked the demo's graphics and my Athlon64 3200+ and X1300 rose to the challenge. 3D graphics don't make a good game, how it plays does. The safe and profitable no change to the core gameplay ethics of AoE3 made it extremely boring. After you've butchered 5000 Delaware warriors with 1000 Dutch line infantry in AC1, AoE3's 20 muskets who can't even get into a decent firing line is just totally infirior.Quote:

Well, I can't say I am anticipating too many games... I haven't got the time to play much and for now I can't even handle a meager 10% of my Oblivion fix needs (work and family consume soooo much time... I am cutting on sleep but after you reach the 4-hours a day mark it doesn't go lower without serious problems).
But I am anticipating the EB full release (have you people noticed that at least 5 of us are including among their most anticipated games a mod?) the Hegemonia mod for RTW, NWN 2 (although I never got fixed to NWN1) and most certainly MTW 2. Maybe I'll try the expansion for Civ IV, although I have played only a dozen hours of that game in the 4 months I own it (damn... forked out 45 euros and didn't find time to play...)

Which is to say, I hate AoE etc too since, well, TA came out even before Starcraft & still in 2006 does most things better than anything else except the TW series.
Gothic 3: Well, the Gothic line of RPG games have always been the best in my eyes, just bad marketing.
