Personally it isn't a single number that I like but the following formula.

I agree with littlelostboy:

but for different reasons.

1 is obvious. I am 1. But if 2 is possible - something not I, but also existing - that implies all other numbers and choices and possibilities, and also distinguishes and helps define '1'.

Zero is interesting and useful, but I don't really comprehend it (it's like radio & TV for me: just because I don't 'get it' how images and sound can be sucked out of thin air and shown to me, doesn't mean I can't use it).

The prime number 71551 is also quite nice, but the non-prime 715517 is a bit better.
