If not it does not warrant the status of an 'incomplete PBM'

If yes where is a write up and the save so it can be continued and completed?

Well, from this thread, it looks like it did start but browsing the forum, I can't see any write-ups. Probably best to drop it from the list of PBMs. Sorry, Severous.
