Caution should be payed to the condition of the road of course, that's part of why it's for advanced drivers...Quote:

Well done on getting your driver's licence, STFS. I passed my test about three months ago, but moved up to London two days afterwards and haven't driven since. I'm going to be pretty dangerous when I get back on the road.
they didn't know...

Just park the car...Quote:

I have to agree with the non-drivers. I'm 22, and don't drive. If I need to go somewhere, I can always have someone drive me (in fact, back home, we do have a driver. Whereas if I could drive, I would be continually pestered to take sister/mother shopping or some other pointless errand.
You will never know what you miss
The German Autobahn, 160 an hour, back in an hour and a half instead of 3 and a half by train
Take cover!! ~
Rilder, I am 17 could get my license next year but I won't since we feel the same way about cars ~ ~:) :balloon2:
If you don't drive, how will you get places?
The difference between living in central/western Europe versus the USA or Canada.
I have my license but haven't driven in 6 years or so. The only way I could drive regularly would be to own a car, and I'm not willing to spend that kin of money on something so 'practical' right now. Occasional driving is just too risky around these parts imo.
well done you, I have a licence but no car
