Woke up this morning with what may be the solution to having both individual and Clan participation in this proposed never ending competition (it was there all the time).

The format would be basic Clan Wars style, and on the CWC forum. The difference being that the thread containing the Challenge, the Negotiation, and Reporting, would be authored by the Challenger rather than the CWC.

Folks could join in and leave at any time, and the competition never ends, as long as the Challenges continue. And with the only one Battle Event per week schedule, that could be a very long time :2thumbsup:

P.S. One other thing. Each player will be responsible to provide their own highest scoring Samurai Warlords game logfile for ranking. If your score improves in another game, submit that one, and we will move you up the ladder. You do not have to be ranked to play, but with out a rating you will not be able to participate in Team Events, as they must be balanced.

Great Idea Tomi. you still trying to finalinze everything? Because it seems we could do this, as it would be a good idea for SW:yes:

I have already created the forum, but it will take a little more time to develop the procedures and create a new competition map.

About the time we get our multiplayer problems sorted, hopefully all will be ready :yes:
