CountArach approached the gathering crowds.

"My friends, my friends! The news is true", a hush fell over the gathered people, "Our great overlord and keeper of the peace, TosaInu, has been murdered!"

The people started murmuring to their neighbour. Their worst fears were confirmed.

"Now people I have one idea of what we can do. Long have we relied on Tosa alone to keep the peace. So we have had no police. Instead what we now find ourselves relying on is you, the average townperson. We must vote to lynch one of us each day. Innocents will fall, but eventually we will find them."
