Re: Going to war is like taking a walk
The EB system of logistic works very well, I am always amazed of what they managed to do with only traits. That shows a lot of imagination!
The only problem being that the AI simply doesn't care because, most of the time, it sends stack without family member rendering this nice system useless. That was why I started this thread, to try finding a way where the AI would be forced to use a character or a counter affected by the logistic reality.
Unfortunately, I now know the answer that it is probably hard coded and there not much we can do about it :idea2:
And you are right that supply often had more importance of strategic decisions than the enemy itself :laugh4:
Maybe M2TW/K is more moddable than TRW/BI and there will be more possibilities with it

There is a mod for Stainless Steel 4.1 for MTWII that has some serious handicaps for invading arrmies: Byg's Grim Reality.
A lot of people complain about it, but there is no rampaging turn after turn with this mod:

It's bad-ass.
Re: Going to war is like taking a walk
The only part of it I don't like is the 'Destroyed Reputation' trait, which seems a bit over-zealous. But he has figured out how to do the re-supply aspect very well. If you're out in the ... well, probably best to get it right from the man.
Re: Going to war is like taking a walk
That actually looks very interesting, I'm going to bring it up to the team.

Going to war in TW is like taking a dump
You wait and wait until you would get a problem, then you just have to go there, do what you need to do, clean up the conquest, wipe up your armies get on with what you were doing before
