Re: Congressman Tancredo: "Bomb Mecca!"
It's obvious to anyone that a retaliation isn't worth anything if it doesn't strike at the organizations that use suicide bombers themselves.
Without a location or target that would cripple these organizations the 'Mutual Assured Destruction' principle just doesn't work.
Well then, let's get constructive: What would the .org do to prevent terrorist acts like we see today on our soil and that of our allies?

What we are already doing, trying to prevent it when possible. And stop trying to understand why they do it and what we did to deserve all that exploding. politicians talking about bombing holy city's or banning holy books make it kinda hard to say it isn't the islam itselve we are after. All these you are just like us lefties make it kinda hard to say it isn't the islam we are after either. They aren't just like us. Quit that. Leave them alone unless they break the law. And no, you can't work in a stripclub if you are wearing a tent. So stop asking. Lefties, stop trying to please them.

Instagib?
Re: Congressman Tancredo: "Bomb Mecca!"
Personally I am much more afraid of what America is becoming and what we are doing to ourselves than I am of any external/sleeper-internal threat. So what if a few dozen/thousand people die in a terrorist attack? I mean, it would suck, but in the long run it is a small injury for a strong nation to endure.

Mainly Law enforcement and Special forces operations. Invading countries is useless as it stirs up more resentment then it stops. Also naming naming Islamic nations in the Axis of evil really doesn't help.

“Lefties, stop trying to please them”. :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4:
Oh, it was the lefties who trained and equipped the Talibans… It is the lefties who have common values with extreme Islamo-fascists (women cleaning the kids and the kitchen, going to pray…), etc… You should re-read what the lefties are for…:laugh4:

It are the lefties that got them here. Biggest dutch leftist dhimmi-party is now openly pro-islamisation. Do you think the Taliban is a threat? They aren't, leftist dhimmi's who sell this country to mullah's for votes are.
London huh, your home, Taliban yeah right.

Oh, and another case of excessive dhimmi behaviour.
Health chiefs in Lothian and Glasgow will give all employees time off to pray and to celebrate Eid, which marks the end of Ramadan.
But Greater Glasgow and Clyde as well as Lothian NHS boards also issued the advice, warning workers not to take working lunches, and said all vending machines should be removed from areas where Muslims work.

They didn't even ask for it. See what I mean?

Re: Congressman Tancredo: "Bomb Mecca!"
I think this one :coffeenews: identifes with the ritual of both reading the news and reaction to it.
Re: Congressman Tancredo: "Bomb Mecca!"
Well, I had that idea before, back when I was an ignorant kid and didn't read the backroom (which, as you know, makes me more and more liberal). :sweatdrop:
If we now take that statement to deduct the mental state of this particular congressman......well, that wouldn't be nice, would it?
