Your posting seems to be rather out of character. Any reason for its peculiarity?
Oh, how so?
And, I hadn't noticed that I was third to vote sapi. I'm sorry, I just saw how much he posted, how often he changed. "Whence" the reason of my vote.
I'm rather confused by your inquisitiveness as shown in your three most recent posts. It seems strange for you, since you don't normally ask too many questions when the finger of suspicion is pointed upon yourself. Of course it could just be a simple misunderstand, or it could be a very clever way of turning the negative attention upon your attackers.
I do believe it's a simple misunderstanding, because I a) didn't see where I bandwagonned and b) didn't see that my posts were different from usual.
Unvote
Vote: Warmaster Horus
For pretending to be innocent with "sweet talk"
Unvote: Tran
Vote: Tran
3rd vote on Horus puts him in a position where the mafia could force a lynch in a 7 player game
Yes, I did just unvote Tran to vote Tran. So shoot me :grin2:
You asked for it...Quote:

I should presume so. I haven't changed my vote and I believe he has 2 other votes (besides mine). So, your vote would be the fourth. The last.
As for what you're saying, Tran, talk (and by extension sweet talk, if you will) is one of my "skills", I should say. Therefore, it's normal for me to use that.
Its a tie between WH and Sapi isnt it?
I'm not quite convinced by the explainations of Warmaster Horus, but, anyhow:
Unvote: Warmaster Horus; Vote: Waldinger
It seems he is slipping under the radar a little - two posts, and one been his sign-up confirmation. Any reasons for your silence?
No, I'm just failing my fellow mercenaries. Unvote: Tran it was just a vote to start discussion so there is no longer a reason to keep it up. I'm not sure at this point about who I think is scummy but I'm being drawn towards Warmaster for some reason or another.vote: warmaster horusQuote:

My original vote
Unless I'm mistaken, the votes are as follows.
sapi: 2 (FactionHeir, Warmaster Horus)
Warmaster Horus: 2 (Shlin28, Waldinger)
Waldinger: 2 (Omanes Alexandrapolites, Tran)
Tran: 1 (sapi)
So, we have a three way tie. For the next 24 hours voting is going to be only for either sapi, Warmaster Horus, or Waldinger. Votes for another player will not be counted.
Good luck.
We're doing timed voting than? :wall:
Gah ~:)
Vote: Waldinger - please define 'some reason or another'
It's a small game and it's not fair that the first person to vote gets to remove the tie.
I can't place why he seems scummy to me. It's just the overall content and attitude of his posts. They're reminding me of when I was Mafia in GH's game. Granted, WH is more experienced and would probably hide ihis scumminess better than I did. I could always go back to my vote without a reason and watch peoples reaction strategy but that strategy relies on people trusting me and it isn't smart to trust anyone in one of these games.
In my opinion, sapi isn't a mafioso. His posts seem perfectly normal and I can detect nothing dodgy contained within them.
Henceforth, for me at least, it happens to be between Waldinger and Warmaster Horus.
Despite the fact that I dislike Waldinger's excuse for him inactivity, I find that he is acting in a reasonably normal and sensible way. In addition, he isn't overacting when the suspicion is pointed upon him.
Henceforth, I am forced to:
Vote: Warmaster Horus
He simply is, in my opinion, the candidate which seems to be the better lynch option. I dislike his more offensive posting style, and his seeming desperation to defend himself.
I'm not desperate to defend myself - I'm desperate for the town to win. Okay, maybe desperation is exagerating here, but I want the town to win, and lynching me won't help achieve that at all.
And, yes, I do realize I've probably dug my grave with that last statement. In fact, I'm practically jumping in it with what I'm going to say next.
Now, though, I'll try to defend myself in a way so as to prove that there are fallacies in the votes against me.
First, Shlin votes me for not spamming. A poor reason, of course, and I ask "Me, spam?" in a joke manner, to say I don't spam, or at least try not to.
I give a relatively reasonable explanation for my vote. A poor one as well, but at least pertaining to the players' relations with the others in game. I also ask "Me, bandwagon?" because, and this I explain afterwards, I did not see that sapi had 3 votes on him.
Omanes votes me, saying I'm out of character. I wonder why, and therefore ask him where I have acted differently. I also explain that I had been unaware that sapi had 3 votes on him. I was content with my vote all the same, and saw no reason to change it.
Omanes answers, saying I'm too inquisitive. I post 3 times and in them each a question. Now, I believe we can agree that the first one was a joke, the second and third were sincere, asking for more information as to why I was voted. Also, I think it is actually rather common for me to wonder why I'm on the path to lynchdom. In fact, isn't it rather common for anyone to want to know why they're going to be lynched?
Then, and quite intelligently I assure you, Omanes unvotes me and votes Waldinger, who soon comes back with a vote in his pocket for me. What interests me - and by extension you guys too - is that his reason is "for some reason or another". He is then asked about that by sapi, and answers "the overall content and attitude of his posts". Which was more or less (more, really) the same as... Omanes' reason for voting me, no?
So, I now find myself being inquisitive again:
-There are two questions in the message above: the commonness of the wish of knowing why one is going to be lynched, and the ressemblance between Waldinger's and Omanes' votes.
-Omanes, what is "overreacting" to you?
-Everyone else, somewhat depending on his answer, am I overreacting?
-Waldinger, please, be honest, you are bandwagonning, aren't you?
-Everyone else, do you think Waldinger is bandwagonning?
And, I too don't think sapi is quilty. However, he is able to go under the radar rather easily, and is a lot better than me at Mafia. This is to be kept in mind. Unvote:sapi.
If I have to choose one of 'em, I'd say vote: woad&fangs
That post, Warmaster Horus, has resulted in my suspicions becoming more and more directed in your direction.
To me, that seems like a desperate attempt to proclaim your innocence. You either hold a critical townie role, or you simply are the mafioso. An innocent shouldn't be afraid of death, and you seem to be more terrified of it than any other player.
The only reason I seem the most terrified of it is because I'm the only one under suspicion.
Of course, if you want to, go on, lynch me. I'm not afraid of death, but I'm telling you: the town won't be winning with my lynch.
Sounds like what I said when I was lynched :laugh4:
The seven trecked through the forest. North was their destination, and they all knew what lied ahead. Areos Anduin put a hand up to halt the line of warriors. He sat down on a fallen tree trunk and brought out his water bottle.
"So, who's our double agent?" He asked his comrads after taking a sip.
Dakota DeLeon (Waldinger) was unaware of his team-mate's decision to lynch him on sight. He looked around expectantly, when he realized everyone elses glare was on him.
"What?" He asked curiously, looking around at all the faces.
"Hold him." Areos said. Jakenason and Hayden jumped to it and held his arms behind his back. Dakota tried hard to release their grips, but they were too strong, and had him at a strange angle.
Areos walked straight up to Dakota and looked him in the eyes, "My friend, I trusted you." He turned as if to walk away, but pulled out his .9 mm pistol and shot Dakota in the forehead. Blood splattered into Jakenason and Hayden's faces.
Unemotionally Areos said, "Now that our troubles are over, we can get to work." He turned around to the North and signalled with his hand harshly to move on, leaving Dakota's body to the scavangers.
But now we know that he was innocent, don't we?
Night phase
PM's please (~24 hours)
crap, I didn't realize that I had majority vote.
The votes started over, all set to 0, after the tie was announced. You had 2 votes, Warmaster Horus had 1 vote, and sapi had -1 votes... because Warmaster Horus unvoted him, not sure why he did that.
A tie...still "day phase"?
Read back about the lynching of Waldinger and the bold letters saying "Night Phase"
We had a tie, so voting continued for 24 hours, Waldinger was lynched, now it's night.
Ah, I didn't know that the votes were reset to 0. That's why I unvoted sapi.
Damn, we lynched the wrong guy. And the healer at that.
