No problem. I'm about to take the save to do some small things.Quote:

AG, could you belay the "Andreas moves to Acre" order until he tells you what to do battle wise? Just in case he needs the extra unit of heavy cav this turn.
Edit: Doh! Acre, not Staufen!
Er, I just remembered that I never killed off the recruitable generals that were not chosen for avatars. Has someone else done that? It will make a difference to the economy, so it should be done before the turn is ended.
econ did it already

Ok. Ok tends to come on late at night (in EST) so it might be a few hours, but well within the limit. I don't think he'll be forcing a battle anyway, I just wanted to make sure Andreas hadn't used up his move points just in case.

Yes that could get a little hairy in the AI's turn now...I'd suggest Karolinger puts himself behind you Econ...Quote:

Still, I have to say we are getting a little too used to spanking the "normal" stacks with ridiculously low loses...oh dear...what shall we do.
An alternative, more risky option would be for him to use his fleet to sail south and bypass the Byzantine front - landing on the east coast of Italy, so as to head for Rome.Quote:

Merry Christmas Vacation!
That's right, my district doesn't have school tomorrow. Jealous?
Man, today was great. Parties in all classes except the last period, AP European History. Dag, yo.
and merry christams vacation to you too. personally, im not in school anymore, but my uni-vacation work finishes today as well, so ill consider myself included :D
What an appropriate class!
Yeah! We're at Napoleon now though, we didn't cover the Middle Ages much.
Napoleon already? Jesus, we're only on the Reformation.
And I have a DBQ to write tomorrow in that class. Lovely.
Thanks OK.
Ramses, it seems your Prinz and Duke wants you to lift the siege. The combination of you, Tancred and Bresch should be enough to do that...if you don't then you better tell Gibbo. :beam:
And Mr Prinz dude, you can't engage either of the Danish armies to your north this turn...plus there are two of them...which one do you want to make a beeline for?
This would be the last planned battle before I would take the save and move onto the next turn gentlemen...if anyone else wants to do something put your hand up soon.
Alright gentlemen, I'm heading out for the evening and will be back on the PC tomorrow (Saturday) just after lunch GMT +1
At that time I will take the save and finish of the magic I need to pull off. So please have any outstanding moves and offensive actions completed or agreed upon.
Please also get ready for the AI turn because it looks like there will be some action.
It's all about Tempo :2thumbsup:
So have a great Friday night where ever you are and "bis morgen".
Yeah, I was planning to give it a shot last night but the save stayed 'out.' Do we have a new save now? I'm going to try to play it a little later today, and then I'm out of town for awhile but I'll have 'net access and my laptop is MTW2 capable.
:egypt:
Uh, just put Prinzy near Hamburg so I can engage them later. I don't care who.
Do my eyes deceive me, or does having too many levels of 'CaptorChivalry' now bestow a morale penalty?
It's been that way since 1.29 actually and has been explained in the OOC thread previously.
I won't be able to take the save; could you move Karolinger close enough to Elberhard to make a difference?
Seriously? Which OOC thread?Quote:

I'll summarize what I remember though, which is that the change was made in accordance to MTW principles. Releasing or executing too many times (i.e. getting to higher levels of those traits, lower levels have no effect on morale) means you are knowingly not asking for ransom and depriving your men of their loot, making them somewhat less willing to capture in future.
Have any of the dread traits been given a new penalty?
