The Democratic Order Of Planets gathered on the second day to vote on who the Omicron Agent might be. Flexo, Bender's brother robot, was the first to speak.
"My brother Bender died needlessly, and I'm sure he was innocent all along. Personally, I think that Scruffy the janitor is a really nice guy and deserves to live. Hahahah, I'm just kidding. I think he's a pain and I'm thinking he's the Omicron agent. Let's take him out."
Amy Wong spoke up:
"Spluh! That guy gives me the creeps. Definitley let's get rid of this guy. He's useless!"
The rest gave their opinions.
"Personally, I tink it be dat evil Morbo. He's a human-hatin' alien, mon. By my calculations, he's hosted the Morbo television show for 5 years, and in all dat time he's talked about destroying humans and conquering de Earth. I cast me vote for Morbo."
"I think it's Hermes. All that fancy talk about calculations leads me to believe he's hiding something. I've got my eye on him."
"Well friends, right now for the low, low price of just a few votes, we could all get together and buy off this Neutral President character. I don't like indecisive people, they never buy anything!"
"I personally think no one here is guilty, and I don't see why we don't just surrender to the invaders. Neutrality has never failed us before. That being said, I find the malfunctioning robot to be the most likely suspect, if there is indeed a suspect. I reluctantly cast my vote for him."
"I, ummm.... well, the... uh... Lobster guy... Zoidberg. He smells fishy to me, I think... sorry, Amy, I don't think it's the janitor. He's just a misunderstood and unappreciated lackey... like me."

"Well, old man, it's perfectly simple. I've been to busy trying to score with Amy and Leela to even consider your silly ray gun. I'm more concerned with getting rid of the robots, because they might have been reprogrammed. People can't be reprogrammed."
Farnsworth: "Except for the time that aliens from the big computer planet invaded and reprogrammed everyone!"
"True. But that could never possibly happen again."
"Now it's Morbo's turn to speak! MORBO CHOOSES ONE-EYED LADY! She look guilty to Morbo. All humans look guilty to Morbo! And when my vast family arrives from my home planet, they will feast on all your remains."
"Well, I'm not so sure it's Leela. She's far too hot to be a double agent. I think it's you, Morbo!"
"Zoidberg thinks it's the janitor. How come you're always lurking in the sub-basement reading girlie magazines? Zoidberg thinks lurking is suspicious behavior, very much so. Does anyone have a quarter? I'm hungry and I'd like to buy a sandwich from the vending machine in the bathroom."
"Scruffy thinks it's that malfunctioning robot thing. Scruffy resents all the votes against him. By the way, Scruffy's reading habits are no one's business. And Scruffy's innocent... it figures."
Farnsworth: Then it's settled. There are 3 votes for the janitor. But we aren't some violent lynch mob, there are ways of dealing with traitors without harming them. Oh, my, yes. Hermes, would you go and fetch me the brain slug specimen I keep in the laboratory?"
Scruffy: "Brain slugs? Scruffy don't like the sound of that..."
Farnsworth: "It's perfectly painless, my smelly mustachioed friend. All we're going to do is attach this mind-controlling parasitic organism to your cranium, and it will keep you docile and under control. If you've been compromised by the Omicronians, this brain slug will cancel out their brainwashing. For extra security, you'll be placed in the laundry room and the door will be locked until this is over. Then we'll remove the slimy thing and you'll be back to normal."
Hermes: "I can attest to de fact dat it's no picnic on a beach, mon. But you'll be fine once we remove it from you."
Farnsworth: "By the order of the DOOP council for planetary defense, Scruffy the Janitor, you are hereby placed under arrest and sentenced to be brain-slugged."
Scruffy: "Scruffy should have taken the four weeks of paid vacation... why do I care about this company so much?"
Hermes places the brain slug on Scruffy's head, thus incapacitating him.

Night Two
Zoidberg sat in in his room, studying the data he collected.
"Aha! So, the other ro-but is not evil after all! Flexo is not only innocent, but has the ability to defend Professor Farnsworth in the event of a vigilante killing! This information will be quite useful. So far, Amy Wong is innocent, and Flexo is innocent. As soon as I tell the others, surely Zoidberg will be a hero. Hooray!"
The lights suddenly went out. A voice behind Zoidberg replied;
"Perhaps so, my friend. Heroes often give their lives for their chosen cause..."
Zoidberg: "What is? Who goes there? Anyone who wants to face Zoidberg should be aware, my species fights to the death in order to gain a mate. I'm not as helpless as one might think. Now, Omicron Agent, prepare to feel the wrath of Doctor John Zoidberg! Woooop wooo wooo wooo wooo wooo!!!!"
Zoidberg begins thrashing around in the dark, snapping at the space in front of him, and destroying things in all directions, but not making much progress destroying the agent. Suddenly, he feels something between his claws.
"Aha! I have you now, you fiendish double agent, you! Now, why always with the fighting? Can't we settle this thing with a game of Decapodian Chess?"
The dark figure replied;
"I'm afraid that won't be necessary, because I've already won!"
Zoidberg: "You have forced Zoidberg's claw! No more mister nice crustacean! I shall now pinch off your head with my powerful claws!"
A loud, sickening crack was heard, and he fell to the ground with a hard, wet thud. Zoidberg's head rolled for a few seconds, until his lifeless eyes were staring up at the ceiling.
The Omicron agent began to drag away Zoidberg's body, along with a large claw cracker.
"Time for a nice Lobster Zoidberg... it's a shame that there won't be any more investigations into our activity, wouldn't you agree, my friend?"
The other figure, who had watched everything unfold, nodded silently.

If you want, town can vote in a majority to end Day Three while I am gone (and the 48 hours are up) and just consider the lynched person inactive. I'll do the write ups, but the game can't proceed past Night Three without my write-ups.

Also looking at benders death - whoever the agent was did not give off an infrared image. Thus was not humanoid, or least warm blooded?
If the agent is non human, it also has to be someone who could match Bender.

Not really as you don't "survive" a kill from mafia because you "character" is "stronger".
For example Monty Burns wa sthe killer in the simpsons mafi and he is pretty much incapable of anything.
