Also you just know some putz will investigate me N1-3, so leave me as investigation bait.
Oh, and I suppose I need to blow smoke at the town too.
I am a townie. So far. And I won't vote for you unless you're just asking for it, like Chat-o-ix the breakfast cereal over there poking the bee's nest.
You want to kill a mafia, lynch someone else. You want to lynch me later, I'm probably mafia then. Otherwise stay out of my way and maybe I'll just assume you're townie for no good reason.
In closing, I'm very anti-town and won't be hunting scum at all.
If you lynch me for being honest about this, I will laugh at you and seriously not care.
Edit: I may or may not place a perfunctory single vote on some lucky candidate unlikely to be lynched, later in any given round, right at that point where it is highly unlikely they get lynched.
In truth, the only reason I'm going to do that much is to give me something to do every round, and to give the mafia more options for the counter-bandwagon to save themselves. Now, you can wipe that smirk off my face by joining this hypothetical wagon, and watching me accidentally lynch a mafioso based on your sudden reasonless counter-wagon. That would be hilarious and I encourage you to do so.
So - If I understand you right, are you saying that you're too bored to be a good townie and can mafia please recruit you at a late enough stage in the game for you to win - oh and also that you'll be helping mafia stay alive in the meantime?
Really?
My vote stays on you.
Not too bored to be a good townie. Too unsympathetic to the cause. Reason: The above "reasoning" catches no scum but is typical of most townie efforts.
It makes me squee when bad townies die. I'll lynch you after Chaotix. Chances are good you're playing supertownie to hide your actual scumness.
Here's how townies will/should behave in this game:
"We're practically mafia already. Kill whoever annoys me!"
Here's how mafia will behave, if they're being silly.
"Rabble rabble rabble rabble! They're not acting townie enough! This is anti-town! Lynch him!"
Lazy, you be frontin'. I keepin' it real, dawg. Don't hate the player, hate the game.
Arhgh! I only know 4 posts in a row from same person annoys me to much. Atpg and Chaotix switched votes against Bsmith in day one and then someone killed him... I wonder this was deliberate to frame one of you or just deliberate to un-frame both of you...
Well at least my night 1 killing is making more waves that the usual night 1 killing does. Although I am starting to get a complex, as this is the second time this has happened to me in the last few games I've played... :anxious:
Unvote, Vote: Askthepizzaguy
I am scum and want you lynched.
Acting scummy in hopes of getting yakked is going to mess up the hunt a bit, isn't it?
I think I'll vote: Visorslash
Pizza: ......i want to be mafia ..............i dont want to be town..............
You are lynch bait. why would the mafia want to recruit you? Anyways you should be lynched as soon as possible :laugh4:
Smell how much of a townie I am. Oh, a treacherous one, yes I cop to that. But there is not a shred of a chance in hades that I'm mafia right now.
You want to win this game? Do you really? I couldn't begin to care, but here's a hinty hint. Focus on the people who don't want to walk the tightrope of death, who are acting like they have something to lose. Or you can eat another poisoned slice of pizza and chug that wine until it kills you.
I have something to lose.
I am acting like a townie. The pizzaguy version thereof. Mafia pizzaguy would pretend to give a hoot about what's going on.
If you really want to know, I'm doing everything within my power to establish that there's a clear difference between how I play townie roles and how I play scum roles, and if it takes 30 straight lynches as townie for folks to figure it out, I will wait that long.
I act like you guys when I'm mafia. I act like ME when I'm townie. Comprende?
False. It is only since Capo that you have dropped analysis for anti-town tub-thumping as a player.Quote:

Monty gets it.
Introduce a little anarchy. I'd like to see the scums try to blend in with other people acting scummy for a change, instead of blending in by playing the straight laced townie. That's at least different and they presumably don't have years of practice doing that.
The townie two-step is old. New dance moves plz.
Old Pizza is chewy. New Pizza just burns the roof of your mouth.
Perhaps some garlic bread to keep you going - or simply more wine?
I originally voted for you thinking you were scum, but no after you came to life in the thread - I don't think you are a Yakuza yet. I also don't agree with your assessment of what ALL players might want to do in this game. Just because you want to be scum, doesn't mean that everyone does right?
You've got to admit that under this setup it improves your odds of victory. Scum tend to win games anyway because they're in the know and are aware of which moves will bring victory, their only challenge is convincing the town to make those moves, or waiting and allowing the town to do it on their own.
Townies on the other hand have to guess the correct move, and still execute that move. It's tougher and sometimes it doesn't feel as rewarding either.
But alright. If people really want to focus on winning with their original alignment they need to lynch a Yakuza and soon. That means you, Lazy, need to move your vote somewhere more productive. Make the call and I'll support it. I certainly won't be hunting very hard, but I'll support the town effort in my own way for as long as I am this alignment.
Personally I think Monty needs to die. I got a ping off of this particular post:
103
His usage of "anti-town" is the reason why. I'll spare you the analysis/case. You should know me well enough by now to understand why this makes Monty scum.
Unvote; Vote: Pizza
Goodbye, Pizza. :smoking:
You know, with three hours left to go, with the tally such as it is, we could lynch a Yakuza right now. If anyone is present and wants to press the trigger, let me know. Given how I want to play this game, I'm up for killing anyone for any reason. Already told you my read. Spin the wheel, pick a card...
Are you feeling lucky?
Just kidding, that's not how I roll.
Unvote; Vote: Abstain :beam:
You say goodbye, I say hello.
So was I right Monty? Be honest with Pizzaguy. You smell of Japanese food, the kind that has been left out for days and days.
Hey, could we not lynch me today?
I know I've had a pretty good thing going where I survive almost to the end in most recent games, and I think it'd be a shame to put an end to that.
Don't you? I mean, you have to admit. Having me around makes things more interesting.
Also, ATPG, you already have over 9000 posts. You don't need to fill up half of every page with your gloriousness any more.
Council members discussed long.
They were worried, that some of them who are now true to their cause can betray they later. Worse yet, some said they WANT to betray their cause...
After some debate, two leading candidates - Chaotix and Visorslash were chosen.
As council members could not decide whom they should lynch, one of them suggested tossing a coin... And they lynched Chaotix as a result
With heavy hearts, all people went to sleep.Quote:

We had made the wrongful choice.
BAD END
Shoulda killed Visor!
No.
Jarrema, why does my vote not count? Chaotix should have been lynched without a tie, you didn't count my vote.
As town members gathered at the beginning of the day, they noticed that Riedquat was missing.
Then, someone noticed his body. Sliced.

I think hes trying to make it seem like its "impossible" for him to be scum through use of some risky anti-town talk. Also, because of this the Yakuza are unlikely to recruit him as he is too much of a gamble for them. Surely he would of known this? So either: he is scum and should be lynched, or he is innocent and will never be scum (so there is no point saving him as Yak-bait) and will never help the town, in which case his loss is not so tragic.
P.S. I am sorry for the no vote on day two. I was traveling and had expected internet access at my destination but was woefully disappointed. I now have secured internet access so this is unlikely to occur in the future.
Vote: Askthepizzaguy
vote: autolycus. Nothing to say yet scum?
That reminds me. I was going to lynch you dead, Lazy man. It pains me that I have to lynch Zack first. But rest assured, I will kill you as well.
Now on to business. Salmon sounds like a townie who is trying. That's good for you townies, I suppose.
As for me, I've got big plans to be a ginormous scumball, and I won't allow a little thing like being lynched to stop me. Especially by you, Salmon... you big fat scum. :laugh4:

Good to see Arjos and I are on the same team this time.
We will fight you Yakuza to the last. You will not acquire this land in addition to your own. :stare:
Ahaha! Anyway - My vote stays on the lurker today. How do you manage to lurk only two days into this seriousness?
Current Tally:
ATPG: 3 (Zack, SalmonSoil, atheotes)
Zack: 1 ( ATPG)
SalmonSoil: 1 (Montmorency)
autolycus: 1 (Lazy)
scottishranger: 1 (Arjos)
Lazy McCrow: 1 (Visorslash)
Montmorency: 1 (scottishranger)
If folks are expecting me to switch my vote to spare myself, they'll be sorely disappointed. I don't care enough. There's not much point in fighting too hard for a team that I can be forced to fight against at a moment's notice. I consider my role to be neutral.
Well, less than four hours to go. See you folks in the next game.
Phooey. Looks like it's down to me...
You want to save a slice of Pizza for later? He might thank you for it by yakking you in the end-game I spose.
I could yak you, but then I'd be dead.
ATPG was lynched.
Night 3 beginsQuote:

Only 3 people voted you.
Yaropolk's body has been found at the morning.

Oooh ATPG was innocent. Awkward.
Yaropolk was the bodyguard, so he may have died protecting somebody. I don't know if we would get any sort of special indication if he had.
Damn, again! Couldn't you just random it, Jarema? :P
And then there was ....silence.
