According to the theory (assuming constant day-phases), voters should not abandon a losing candidate until the end of the day-phase.

In that case, everyone should pile on the leader at the last-minute just in case he flips scum.

Of course, this would apply to future phases, but even so...

As I've outlined before it is prudent for the town to conserve it's voting power and not lose too many chips in the process of trying to lynch scum.

Curio is going to be lynched probably. I don't find him particularly scummy and it doesn't even need my chips on him so when he dies and flips town we have conserved some chips that would have been wasted on him or someone else who didn't get lynched.

Round One



On the first round of betting, many of the gamblers decided to wager as much as they could. But after seeing the cards they got, it looked like it may have been a mistake. In the end, the two card players left in the game were Chaotix and Gaius Scribonius Curio.

They kept raising one another, until Gaius had tossed his entire stack of chips on Chaotix man.

"Let me tell ya somethin, brother! You're going down, and you're going down hard, because the name's Curio, and it rhymes with Superior!"

Chaotix cocked an eyebrow.

Chaotix: "Actually, no, no that's pretty much not true. Superior does not rhyme with Curio. Also, I got a full house."

Curio: "Oh, oh, I got a 2, and a 4, and a 6, and an 8, and a 10. That's an even straight, right? Straight beats a full house."

Chaotix: "Once again, hate to correct you, but it appears you're mistaken. A full house beats a straight. And what you have right there is actually not a straight."

Curio: "It's not?"

Chaotix: "Nope."

Curio: "Well.... horsefeathers."

Don Pizzaguy arrived just in time to see the end of the hand. "What do we have here, gentlemen? It looks like Chaotix wins this hand. Say, how's about you start repaying your debt now? Thanks, I'll just confiscate the entire pot. Mister Curio, would you come with me please?"

The burly gentleman hurled Ironside off of the roof. 15 floors later, Ironside landed on the magnificent fountain right in front of the casino. Unfortunately, the only splashing sound was the sound of metal impaling Ironside through the stomach, as he landed on the exact center of the fountain, where stood a large angelic statue pouring water into the fountain.

"Hey Dewey, it would have been a lot funnier if he landed in the water. Work on your aim, would ya?"

TheLastDays noticed his name was in the writeup and bolded black. Being genre-savvy, he knew that eventually, there would be a pun related to his user name somewhere in this writeup. And then he would be dead.

Bolting from the gaming table with all of his cash, he headed for the exit as fast as his legs could carry him.

"Not gonna get me this time. I'm changing my name to ManyMoreDaysToCome. You'll never be able to poke fun at that, Don Pizzaguy."

But he ran into a dessert cart filled with banana creme pies, and stumbled to the ground.

Being deathly allergic to pie crusts, TheLastDays broke out in a terrible rash and swelled to the size of a small hippo, then exploded promptly.

Don Pizzaguy watched this unfold on the security monitors, and decided that this particular hit job was worth a pay raise.
