Was it Tosa or Telefragged who decided no attachments?

Only Tosa (or the host) can answer that definitively, as there are many good reasons why Administrators do not allow attachments, from inappropriate content to bandwidth considerations. It may also not be an intentional policy from the host, just a configuration issue with the server. Although the fact that Tosa chose to hack in a custom avatar system that does not require uploads to the board, rather than use the native system which does, is somewhat suggestive.

I like it the way it is here. I am a senior member at a forum.... but they give it to almost any one who has posted 50 times. It takes all the staus that comes with it.
