top half at the moment, mostly unordered. Rask cfd >>rand pure (there were strong viable counters in taffy/me/ladd/arctic(though arctic wasnt a *real*, viable wagon given waza+others were defending). upon review i think dya posted well enough not a whole lot of notes, concluded lissa v likely village we'll see if ive developed into a lissa specialist but i feel fairly confident about this one, and went through arctics posts itg vs some of our other previous games and came away thinking hes prooooob v (arctic also has a history of fucking TUNNELING me, so him *not* pushing me itg and being pretty medium to positive on me actually stood out originally lol)

i did end up looking back at hsr and a few other games, and i MAINTAIN that annika is factually wrong on a few matters (the way she boiled my read down sucked) for example wrt pushes because the push on her in both hsr and ftr for example strike similarly to me (just comparing two pushes from the same player, though the game formats/subs/well the ftr game was lowkey toxic in atmosphere due to how fucked hte game was) and that her treatment of my slot was BAD and didnt have the same villagery clueless curiosity that she exuded during the hsr game, but i concede that it is HIGHLY unlikely that she buses rask in that postion as one of the most important/pivotal voters there (she opened up the possibility of compromising w/ lissa, which effectively bought 2 votes). so just gonna take the L here and conclude that the incongruity i found is probably nai.

i have no real basis for saying this but aggressively flaunting voting rask the entire day and then not actually voting him at eod feels like a waza wolf thing to me (but i will not be pursuing this for a while)

last thing ill say on that waza is that i DID find stett town and the receipts are there lol

me being nitpicky with some of her tone and actions prior to that is no different from the way you flip flopped on her a few times but i had her as one of my lock towns long before EOD and i think even before you finally settled on her being lock again. just because i have someone very hard town doesn't mean i don't question some of their posts from time to time and i feel like you of all people should acknowledge that since you did the exact same with the same exact poster?

i found annika while i was capped and she had her back and forth with maple so meh, fair enough on that point ig, but in the sense of you 'townsiding' for having them as top 2 town, i don't really view anyone's wolfing like in such a shallow way? stett and annika are easy towns to clear as wolf /shrugze

i am aware of your townsiding in that sense but to make this more productive i'd just ask: of my POE of 6 (assume I slid arctic or dya down), who among the other players NOT within my poe, do you think I should be townreading less and takeover your slot in that list? don't bother answering this now,--sincerely--this is a bigger question than this exact moment, but feel free to throw a post at me later tomorrow or so depending on where we both are landing.

Benneh is implying that Sunbae anticipated who was targetted and redirected onto himself. Therefore wolves were the ones that killed him but Sunbae was not the N1 therefore wolves weren't trying to silence sunbae

Honestly the game just seems villagery enough in general that I think Taffy is just a wolf and probably some kind of kp. Even though I'm happy with my poe no one in it really feels wolfy so it's kinda hard for me to feel good about calling 2 non-Taffy players wolves

This line of reasoning was correct on Rask (though it's not really how I felt about the game yesterday which is why I didn't consider going there) so it must be correct here :D

I would be enthused to be wrong about this because the game might not be boring then! Finding a lone wolf in these games when 2 wolves die immediately is either incredibly easy, which is boring, or absolute hell because they've just been bussing like crazy. I find that it's usually easier to solve the game if at least 2 survive until later because then there's at least some incentive to not bus which can be read into, but if both wolves are poe'd immediately then it's hard to figure out who it is

tbc i don't think its unlikely he was targeted directly

i mainly wanted to preface that i think his reads are worth sheeping/looking into even if he wasn't targeted, primarily because he is good at the video game. there's still a world he was targeted (he did claim pr after all) -- plus i don't think its feasible we can deduce who he targeted so no value spending a ton of time figure that out.

good to just say he's a really good villager (some might even say nom-worthy) and he died n1 so we should consider his point of view.

Sunbae was probably not killed for his reads - he was either killed because he was a claimed PR or because he got his action off. I don't think that even if his reads were accurate, wolves would kill him just because of that given his low position in people's reads and lack of threadpull, when he was a possible miselim if the PR claim was a joke (which it kinda read as to me, lmao). But not being killed for his reads doesn't mean he was wrong. It just means they aren't guaranteed to be correct. I think he could easily be correct on both Taffy and Maple. Just not me or dya (sowwy)

yeah I have been pretty lazy with this and I am sorry about that but when I'd clear you if taffy flips wolf and I really want to kill her it's kind of a waste of energy to evaluate you now. but I will do it if taffy ends up being town, I am not just gonna be screaming for your head so dw lol. gun to head you just wouldn't really move in my poe, but can't say for sure
