And gorea.
Csargo, JHT, and Greyblades are the most suspicious as far as pikachu and the ghost go.
Gorea would be tough to pick out, but someone who was with it as far as classical went. Umm, didn't we not see gorea for a long while? Could it be someone who was absent early?
Oh, and fluffy. Don't know what to think about fluffy exactly.

Yup, this sounds right. Gorea too if you want to count him. Seon, if you've got any scans of suspects now is the time to reveal them.

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Beefy - I am in touch with a bunch of people to try and connect the dots - it already worked with Ironside.
Sasaki - I was in touch with Beskar and ATPG during first two rounds to try and gain info
I contacted both Beefy and HJT last night to switch their votes from Skooma to CH. Both responded after round end. Beefy saying it was too late. JHT promising to vote for CH today. This makes JHT less suspicious in my eyes.
Quote:
Fluffy started out voting for glenn, then switched to CH when CH was 2 votes behind. Once I asked people to vote for CH and pever did, making the vote difference only 1 vote, Fluffy voted for Ironside (40 mnis before end of round). This could be a skum move to sacrifice Iron in order to prevent a double lynch of 2 mafia.
That's my reasoning last night and I stand by it
Vote: Fluffy

classical, you're in all the games I've died in recently. You know I've died a lot recently, but killed me a second time anyway, after I'd only been playing two days since being a replacement and just after dying in No Tomorrow.

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Looking for Pikachu....
Day 3 wagons, Renata vs ATPG
8 Renata (ATPG, Yaropolk, Diamondeye, Ironside, Frozen in Ice, Seon, landlubber, Cecil)
7 ATPG (Nictel, Csargo, Winston, woad&fangs, fluffy, pevergreen, Romanic)
3 Glenn (Jarema, Insanious, dcmort)
3 Beefy (Beefy, Renata, Beskar)
2 Jarema (Byzantine, Link)
2 Seon (Death is yonder, classical_hero)
1 landlubber (Glenn)
1 Csargo (Khazaar (now acin))
1 pevergreen (God Emperor)
1 Winston (johnhughthom)
1 Thefluffyone (Double A)
1 Insanious (Skooma Addict)
4 no vote (Captain Blackadder, Motep (now Greyblades), Rebel Jeb (now autolycus), Yaseikhaan (now Sasaki))
It would be logical to find Pikachu voting for ATPG, so: Nictel, Csargo, Fluffy or pevergreen.
Why are we not talking about pever?
-
Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
I don't remember why we stopped talking about pever. He was on yaropolks list from the reenk group, and I had a bunch of suspicions of him, but I don't know where they went.
I suppose he may have been absent during one of the night periods due to the flooding.

That's Fluffy switching his vote from Renata to ATPG.
Interesting is that he voted for Renata when the tally was (Renata 8 Glenn 4, Beefy 4, ATPG 2), but then he switched when the ATPG bandwagon got bigger, exactly at (Renata 8, ATPG 4) to make it (Renata 7 ATPG 5).
So Fluffy could have been bussing Renata, because it seemed she was going to be lynched, however when the ATPG wagon got strong, he tried his luck to save her.

Tie! Tie! :grin2:
Also, as I said in my last post - working with serial killer = bad memories.
This is the post from pever when he switched his vote from Seon to ATPG. He wrote about creating a 7-7 tie, but that's wrong, the tally was 7-6 favoring Renata.
Still, in his eyes, he was creating a tie between ATPG and Renata. That's worthy of mention.
-
Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Also, if you do a search for Johnhughthoms posts you see a bunch of admittedly lazy votes, him withdrawing from beefy's game, and him asking to be taken off the invite list in the mafia database.
-

That was me being my usual scummy self.
I still get warm fuzzy feelings when I got ATPG lynched because of a tie......

-
Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Gonna Vote: Greyblades
Looking back, Motep was highly suspect during the TinCow lynch and I think too much of his behavior got overlooked by his early departure. Specifically, his defense of TinCow during his wagon, and simultaneous accusations at ATPG for starting a counter wagon which would have saved TinCow. He was also the very last person on the TinCow wagon. I think it's at least worth taking a look at by some of the more discerning eyes among us. Greyblades was his replacement.

We've seen 3 phazon members, and 4 bowser, so likely one convert. I announced in thread ironside was generic gf marine, next night no samus kill, then a corrupted marine appears.

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
This idea of a Samus leak has been (or at least SHOULD have been) laid to rest by Secura's posts a long time ago if anyone was actually paying attention. But yes, there is the small possibility that Ironside was Mafia from the start and leaked the group.
However, working against that is the fact that Ironside himself pointed out the possibility of a leak, and was one of the first (if not the first) to make a strong case for it. Also Beskar himself tried to draw attention to the group. The idea being why the heck would two people on Team Samus knowingly draw attention to a potential Samus leak from a group of 3. I guess it could happen, just be a terrible plan they had, but more likely is the scenario that Ironside was converted (don't know which night).
By the way Gorea, I strongly advise you NOT to talk to Yaropolk this round. Rather you should consider killing him. He's not Mafia most likely, but he's a distraction (and you're neutral so it doesn't matter what he is :beam:).

Kids, when you carve all the seeds and other mess out of a Halloween Pumpkin, it's soul doesn't go to heaven. Instead that orange mess floats around in the sky and some people say they can hear its voice in the wind sometimes. It whispers "Reeeeeenk!"
BTW I think CSargo is another excellent vote.

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
The night actions from the writeups:
Night 1
Samus(CH) kills robbiecon.
Peach(Beskar) kills Reenk Roink.
Pikachu kills choxorn.
Dark Samus(Renata) kills Greyblades.
Night 2
Samus(CH) kills YLC.
Peach(Beskar) kills Sasaki.
Ridley(ATPG) attacks Peach(Beskar) (protected by Capt Falcon)
Pikachu kills Nightbringer.
Dark Samus(Renata) kills Secura.
Night 3
Samus(CH) attacks Amaterasu(Seon) (protected by Capt Falcon)
Peach(Beskar) kills Winston Hughes.
Ridley(ATPG) kills Peach(Beskar)
Pikachu attacks Amaterasu(Seon) (protected by Capt Falcon)
King Dedede(Jarema) kills Link.
Night 4
Pikachu kills woad&fangs.
Doopliss attacks God Emperor (protected by Capt Falcon)
Night 5
Samus(CH) kills choxorn.
Deleter(Ironside) attacks Link (attack failed)
Gorea kills Romanic.
Night 6
Samus(CH) kills God Emperor.
Pikachu kills Cecil.
Deleter(Ironside) kills Frozen in Ice.
Gorea kills ByzantineKnight.
Night 7
Gorea kills Samus(CH)
Pikachu kills Glenn.
Doopliss attacks Kanden (attack failed)
***
Interesting notes:
- Dark Samus(CH) was inactive on Night 4, and Deleter(Ironside) started killing on Night 5. It's a good assumption that he was recruited on Night 4.
- Pikachu was inactive on Night 5. (why?)
- Doopliss was active only on Nights 4 and 7 (why?). He failed both kill attempts. I think he's likely to be the 3rd starting member of Bowser Corruption, lots of red in the writeups.
- Gorea started killing on Night 5 and hasn't stopped since. Not sure if he's neutral or Phazon (?).
***
Remaining players that we know of:
Allies (5) : Admiral Dane, Amaterasu(Seon), Captain Falcon, Kanden, Link.
Threats (3) : Doopliss, Gorea, Pikachu.
-
Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Gorea is probably neutral.
But as for doopliss, I really have no idea.
-
Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Sigh....
In retrospect, I realize I have no evidence for suspecting landblubber, so...
Unvote; Vote: Csargo
At the very least, I hope to get an epic death in the writeup, as I highly doubt this changes anything.
Edit: The evidence for Csargo is compelling. Therefore my vote goes to him.

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
The above post had 3 lines, the third being something like "Who roleblocked on Night 5?".
Why Fluffy decided to remove it, one minute later, I don't know, but it's suspect. :smug2:

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
I wasn't quite sure if we had any, but thats because I let things like that go right over my head.
Terrible excuse, I know, but the truth.
If we do, then I'll restate the question.
Who roleblocked on Night 5?
Me, Gorea?
Here I was thinking everyone is thinking I'm Pikachu.....
But no Sasaki, Chaotix wouldn't trust me with a role like that.
He knows me to well.
And besides, I base my reasoning off of gorea's wiki.
Why would an ancient being like Gorea need to take a side?
He is obviously powerful enough on his own.
-
Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
I would see Fluffy as Pikachu. actually.
He answered my post, listing night actions, with three comments, one for each threats:
1. Gorea is probably neutral.
2. But as for doopliss, I really have no idea.
3. Who roleblocked on Night 5 (which he deleted a minute later)
1 refers to Gorea, 2 refers to Doopliss, and 3 to Pikachu.
Why delete the 3rd comment? Maybe because he's Pikachu and doesn't want to bring attention on him. It's even worse if he was effectively roleblocked.
If someone roleblocked Fluffy on Night 5, we need to know right now!
-
Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Nope, just me being my stupid, uneducated.....self again.
Sorry for the confusion, I should remember to quote.
-
Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Also,
Fluffy voted landlubber and the tally was:
Quote:
Yaropolk 2, Csargo 2, Fluffy 2, pever 1, Greyblades 1, landlubber 1.
Then acin voted Greyblades, and Seon voted Fluffy. Fluffy is now in the lead:
Quote:
Fluffy 3, Yaropolk 2, Csargo 2, Greyblades 2, pever 1, landlubber 1
So Fluffy goes "Oops, I don't have evidence against landlubber, let's vote Csargo!", and just like that he's not alone at 3 votes.
Does it look scummy? Hell yeah.
-
Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
As I said, as you are so intent on lynching me, I might as well take someone out who you also suspect as being mafia as well.
Plus, I like Chaotix's writups when its a tie.
Main reason I got ATPG lynched was for epic write up.
All in all, this game was quite fun.
Edit: So yeah, its late.
Goodnight.
I'll personally make sure I get an epic death.

Claiming no ability at all? I don't believe you.
If you claimed so, it must be because your cover role has no ability, so it would look good if a scanner scans you (because the scan won't go through your cover role).

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
You know what, I've had quite a good run,
so I don't care if I'm lynched.
But one last bid for saving me wouldn't hurt so....
I'm Weavel, a SURVIVALIST. That means I achieve victory by not being killed.
Meaning I want to get rid of the Phazon, the Bowser corrupted, the serial killers, and even the neutrals who
might pose a threat to my existence.
And I did gain a defensive power, I just think one shouldn't lay all of one's cards out immediately.
So yeah, do with this what you will, you calling me mafia just proves how good the mafia are at manipulating the town,
or how dense said town is.

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
As a note, this round is ending at 7:00 PM EST tonight. That's roughly 5 and a half hours from now.

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Vote: johnhughthom as pikachu, though fluffy is a good pick for something evil as well.

I'm Weavel, a SURVIVALIST. That means I achieve victory by not being killed.

So what's the defenseive power called, what does it do, what does the icon look like?

Hazard shield, defends from electrical based attacks.
The emblem is a lightning bolt with a circle in the background,
and it has a pale green or pale yellow color to it, depending on how I look at it on my screen.
Of course, now the mafia knows to use Ice-based attacks.

Not that I can say it here.
I'm interested to hear what Double A told Seon about Fluffy.
Also, Fluffy, on which night did you gain Hazard Shield?

For what its worth i had someone else claim that ability to me with the same description, so at least I believe this last claim is real. The reason Seon thinks Weavel looks like a ghost is because Weavel is a disembodied brain in a mechanical exoskeleton.

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Well, I got it on Saturday.
Edit: Which means Day 7

Vote: fluffy
I promised Yaro I'd vote ch today, since that isn't possible I'll follow his vote. Yes Romanic, that is lazy and probably scummy.

Yeah, but when weavel separates, the top half crawls around like a bug, while the legs act like a mounted automated turret.
No floating is present.
In fact, I was more scared that people might mistake me for the Deleter, as we both have a full faceplate.

Unless I am mistaken, you can only get new powers at night. You answer does not fill me with confidence.

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Well, it said "I found it last night", referring to night 6.
Chaotix simply told me after the night was over.

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Eh, I'd rather lynch Csargo.

So 3 more hours.

Re: [Council of Villains] A State of Corruption [In play]
Fluffy, after reading through the last few pages, I honestly hope you don't leave the Gameroom. It's rare to find someone so willing to be active and talkative. I hope none of my fellow gameroom members fault me for finding you entertaining.
