Otherwise you can always just edit your SOT, I always check it before ending turns.
I'm giving couple more hours until I end this Council session.
So, if you have some legislations to propose and you are sure that you can get enough seconds then you can use this time for that.

Just had a random idea, since it's the holiday season why don't we have the first annual WoTB awards ceremony? We could vote on winners for Most helpful player, Best story, Most controversial player, Best roleplayer etc? Or is it a daft idea? Bear in mind it's 1:30am here and I have consumed most of a bottle of rum...
