We would like to aks two questions to the Markgraf von Brandenburg:
1) If you support the election of a new Kaiser, then why do you want to negotiate with the old one first? I think that the electors can guarantee the compensation you need.
2) If you want to burn down the Holy Roman Empire, do you forget, that Brandenburg is a part of it?

The Republic of Netherlands doesnt like the idea of German states turned into desert.We plea for the Kaiser to surrender now before more damage is done to the German lands. We ask for Kaiser to be reasonable and not continue a futile fight.If you surrender now and show beeing reasonable we believe that the terms of peace will be also reasonable.But if you deliberately prolong the war ,it is most certain that there are limits to leniency towards the Emperor if our troops have to enter Vienna in order to get your signature to the terms of your surrender.

Thanks to the arrival of Danish troops to the aid of Brandenburg, Berlin has now been liberated from the Kaiser's forces after a siege in which over 10,000 of the Kaiser's troops were killed and another 1,000 were taken prisoner, for the loss of 100 Danish troops. The liberated city has now been handed over to the control of the Elector of Brandenburg.
In the meantime, we have begun negotiations with the Kaiser. We have suggested terms including guarantees that Brandenburg isn't attacked again for the coming 10 years. Likewise, we have however also offered to assist the Kaiser against Brandenburg in case Brandenburg breaks the law of the Holy Roman Empire or otherwise constitutes a threat to the Catholic kurfürsts.
Should the Kaiser not accept our terms, we will proceed and liberate Schleswig and Holstein. We recommend the garrisons of Kiel, Bremen, Hamburg and Lübeck to surrender in order to avoid the unnecessary bloodshed that would be brought by siege.
We recommend other participants in the war to announce their terms of surrender to the Kaiser.

As peace loving nation.The Republic of Netherlands would be always intrested on hearing the peace terms of countries involved.But like we sayed before this is mostly up to Kaiser.

Now Kaiser, you have publicly called me and my people heathens countless times, you have encouraged others to war against me and cease their relations with my country. And this year you tried to help the brigand Bathory steal the throne in Transylvania, the realm of Gabriel Bethlen. You have declared war on me a long time ago, but we have never fought properly, now we will. How dare Spain! We shall see fit, if your lands were burnt, if your treasurey destroyed, would you want revenge!? I see it fit to give a very naugtychild a smack, and the HRE has been VERY naughty.

If you do not want to see the HRE get razed and burnt to the ground, why dont you try to stop the war? not with force, but with diplomacy, because if you try to stop me, you'll eventually get involved with other countries!

Brandenburg is the farthest thing from bandits. They do not even employ privateers.

The Interrim Givernment of his Majesty's council of War.
As of late, our great and noble Kaiser has fallen ill and is thus incapable of the more rigorous escersise of Government. As it is, his chief Millitary commander, Tilly calls for all true German Princes to Proceed at once to Vienna, there to hold an emergency Riechstagg and if, the Lord doth deign to take the Emperor, an election.
He has Ordered his subordinates to halt all millitary actions with France, Denmark and the Netherlands. However, the Council warns Brandenbourg that the army shall remain in the firld under Wallenstien to deter any attacks. However, he does grant you you're place at the Riechstagg.
Finnaly, this war may end, i hope peace reigns long in Europe! We shall never attack during Peace negotiations, it would be Un-trustworthy, and dishonourable. the whole state of Bradenburg thanks you for this.

The Kurfürst der Pfalz invites all Prince-Electors to come to Speyer, where the new Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire will be elected in October. Participants are:

Denmark and the Kaiser have signed a treaty of peace on the following terms:
- the Emperor confirms the Diet of Augsburg
- mutual guarantees of peace for the next 10 years
- guarantees of no further attacks on Brandenburg for the coming 10 years. If the Elector of Brandenburg commits crimes, Denmark will however intervene on the Kaiser's side to stop them
- all HRE prisoners of war taken by Denmark are given to the Kaiser (1,000 men)
- Denmark gains control over the remaining parts of Schleswig and Holstein, including Kiel, Hamburg and Lübeck. Lübeck and Kiel will be controlled directly by the Danish crown, while the Danish King will be a fief of the Kaiser in controlling Hamburg

We are sad to inform you that Emperor Matthias has died. A new Kaiser will be elected. Before this is done, Ferdinand of Habsburg will lead the peace negotiations with France acting on behalf of the Holy Roman Empire. The election of a new Kaiser is not the business of the French intervention force. Announce your terms, or continue to rape, pillage and butcher until all Catholics of Spain and the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth will deem it necessary to come to our aid in defense of the Holy Church against the schismatic Protestants that control France. The peace with Denmark is confirmed. Peace with the Netherlands is also confirmed, on the following terms:
- complete and confirmed independency of the current area of Republic, excluding Cologne and Munster, which will be held and taxed by the Republic until compensations have been payed by the Kaiser. After the compensations have been payed these two Imperial cities will be handed back to HRE (this means within 5 years)
- annexation of East Friesland and Julich (Julich is now controlled by Brandenburg) to Netherlands
- reconfirming of the Diet of Augsburg
- full compensation of the costs of the war
- return of all prisoners of war
For Brandenburg, we have accepted the terms suggested by Denmark and the Netherlands:
- no attacks on Brandenburg in the coming 10 years
- if Brandenburg violates the law of the Empire, Denmark will come to the military aid of the Kaiser
- Julich is handed over to the Netherlands
- the Kaiser will pay for the damages done to Berlin
- return of all prisoners of war
This peace will be confirmed as soon as Brandenburg accepts this offer.
The forces that are currently figthing the French that haven't had their weapons stolen by the French forces will retreat to Vienna, where they will defend against the Heathen Turk. We invite the French armies to continue their pursuit of our army all the way to the gates of Vienna, so that they may siege the city side by side with the Heathen Turk.
