:laugh4:
Are you saying you lost a diplomat in Poland and didn't inform me? As an OOC matter I don't believe the Danes have assassins yet. Perhaps my spies have been too busy in the west, I'll have to move the ones I'm withdrawing from the Danes' lands back east...Quote:

Now, it is :poland: turn
You're attacking us all? This should be fun.
IC King Malcolm sees it as a cowardly dispicable act, an opinion apparently shared by most of Denmark's neighbors.
OOC, while knowing you're not above attacking an ally out of the blue will certainly have an effect on how I'll relate to you in any hotseat games we play together, I certainly won't be holding any grudges because you attacked a fictional Kingdom I took control of far into a game. :clown:
You picked the perfect time to strike. Another turn or two and I'd be able to afford to protect my territory thanks to Scotland's new acquisitions. As it was, I was still penniless and with a largely stripped military.

Tristan this save is called 'test' for a reason. I loaded your save to deal with the generals and you had a number of scrolls that required feedback at the start. I didn't answer any of them, just moved them aside and went on with the wet work. Anyway, Gilbert de Bourbon is dead. Perrin Gassou needs another two turns before he can take a swim.
If it turns out that the scrolls aren't there when you load the save I have a save before I loaded yours and I'll upload that one so we can progress from there.
I think that covers everything that's not fit for the Dip thread.
:egypt:
I wish you had done the same last turn so that I could ally with the Turks... (or at least negociate trade rights)... But that would not have been in your favour, siege and all...:whip:
Will check now...
Sorry for the double post but it is just for visibility...
I've checked and received two scrolls... Was there more of them ?
Any other diplomatic proposal that went missing ?
I think there was one other, a marriage proposal for the guy I killed. :laugh4:
I'll check in a few minutes, but for now I think you can safely disregard. As far as the Turks, I couldn't figure out how to get their offer to reduce so I could actually play the game. In the end I couldn't see any way for you to benefit from their offer, so I declined it and forgot about it. I didn't have any of their cities under siege last season (Yerevan had already been taken) so it didn't benefit me either way, and I won't be able to siege Edessa or Mosul until next season, which I would've done without regard to their alliances.
edit: I should also point out that my password has been posted since effectively the start of the game, so anyone who wanted to check the things I was saying would be able to do so.

Will get to it this afternoon... Have to take the child to the hospital this morning...
hopefully nothing serious...Quote:

Good to hear Tristan
I wonder where's Cecil?
I think I'm about to get hijacked into painting some eggs, but will still get the save up well within the 48 hour limit.
Alternatively, you can just admit that you have been defeated by the mighty Danes so that we can proceed smoothly :deal2: :verycool:Quote:

*bump*
Is there some way to figure out if this is a bug? Another palyer I talked to suggested that someone could pick up the turn before mine, just hit end turn, and start the Scottish one to see if the diplomatic scroll comes up this time.
Well, I had that issue too a few turns back when France said they offered me marriage but it never came up until I offered instead.
After finishing the turn and uploading it, I reloaded to figure that one out and noticed that if I clicked accept without considering one offer I had from the AI, another offer that got bumped off (not the French one though) popped up. So yeah, there seems to be issues with several scrolls wanting to pop up. Not a big deal though.
It's at least a moderately big deal in this case, since time was a factor. :clown:
Anyway, I'm going ahead and finishing the turn, will be up shortly.

I checked and it's not necessary for me to take any action with Perrin Gassou this season as long as you don't take him off his path, so you'll have to put England's PW in again Tristan. :beam: Feel free to make Perrin walk towards the crossing, or just let the AI handle it at the end of the turn.
I think I know exactly what happened to Zim's Scotland, as he posted above, and I'm going to explain it to him via pm before I elucidate here, if necessary.
