Iakovos finally makes his way to the ceremony, and although in his best, his clothes, a knee length red chlamys and a white chiton with the Order's purple cross stitch upon the chest, emanate the same weariness that crosses his face. Iakovos spies both food and Makedonios, and decides to speak to Makedonios first.
"Grandmaster, it is good to see you. Forgive me for being tardy, I have had another...jarring experience earlier. How are things proceeding, and were is the lovely bride and her groom? I'd like give her my congratulations and best wishes.
Iakovos's tone of voice makes it very clear, perhaps to much, about his opinions on the matter.
