then I run the game by EB Single Player.exe

Hax, I had that problem too until I realized I was trying to play with the MP EDU. When I changed to the SP EDU it worked. Have you tried doing that?
I didn't think we were changing the EB shortcut. Mine is the regular:
"D:\Program Files\games\EBTrivialScript\EBTrivialScript.exe" -s ebconfig.xml -runeb -type "Single Player" -show_er
At least I think that's the normal shortcut. I haven't changed it.

we should be more specific. lets say that from the moment of TP's last post hax has 24h to complete his turn. after that is carthage's turn. someone should try to keep a track for this, at least in the first turns.

you can load the Skullhead's turn and played for him(Hax)
then you load the quick save and finish your turn
Do I have to activate any special scripts? because I tried to end turn and it just went to the AS next turn and I can't find any save, other than autosave which is just the same. Am I missing something?
you need to activate both scripts
first press O and activate the EB main script
then press F1 and "?" to activate the PBEM script

PS: WWWF, I guess your problem is you copied the EB folder and install the PBEM mod in that clone one.
but because of the EBTrivialScript(I supposed you installed it) you still played the orignal EB game without the PBEM
