Since you're the first player to drop out, your role will go to Yaropolk. If Beskar or anyone else also drops out, then Subotan will have their role.

Nice role....do you want me send in explicit orders post things like "Butt Stomp"?
Sorry for not voting the first day phase. I'll try to not let it happen again.
Night 2 is over. Stand-by for Write-up.
The Red Phoenix - Night 2
This night, the inner courtyards were much more busy than usual, cortesy of the recent incident last night. The patrols and soldiers posted to each tent had more than doubled. Soldiers were always coming and going and it appeared that at least this night would be a safe night. As a consequence, each member of Cao Cao's close staff, except for a few more warlike Generals, had difficulty sleeping.
A conspirator however, managed to successfully evade being spotted by the soldiers, being double-cautious especially after what happened to him on the previous day: Before going to his bed, he took a walk around the inner courtyards, studying the new patrol patterns that had been issued by Cao Cao exactly that day. As soon as he had figured out the necessary patterns, the advisor went back to his tent until the second watch. It was at that time, after analyzing for some minutes the patrols walking near his tent, that he ventured out and dodged Cao Cao's grunts and eventually made his way into the surroundings of Diana Abnoba's tent.
That tent was vigourously guarded, but the conspirator already knew that, and had taken the necessary precautions to overcome it and escape unscathed. As such, he had laden some grain carts which were next to Cao Cao's and his close staff's campaign cookers, with highly combustible objects, and since these were stored along with other wooden casing objects, carefully arranged by the conspirator himself, it would create an immediate ruckus as soon as the fires ignited. So, before coming to Diana's tent, the conspirator lit a fuse which led into one of the grain carts. Fortunately, that tent was very close to Diana's tent which would make the guards leave their posts guarding the tent and rush to try and douse the flames.
The conspirator laughed as the grain tent's light turned red and the guards left their posts to alert other people towards the arson. Quickly he entered into the General's tent, and found Xiahou Dun asleep, with his back turned towards the entrance. Chuckling in his mind, the conspirator unsheathed his dagger, and approached cautiously the General, which if awaken, would quickly dominate the assailant. As he stepped closer, Xiahou Dun abruptedly turned himself to the attacker, who froze for some seconds out of fear. Fortunately, Xiahou Dun continued fast asleep, and thus the conspirator got close to him and slashed his throat quickly. Xiahou Dun awoke quickly, and despite being unable to breathe, his expression turned quickly from a painful one to a fiery one, and in his last moments he tried to reach and grab his attacker. However, the attacker could gave another blow to his chest, and Xiahou Dun would not move again.

Xiahou Dun, General of Sharp Edge, has been assassinated.
As the conspirator cleaned his blade with a hankerchief inside Xiahou Dun's tent and sheathed back his dagger, placing it inside his robe, he came back to the murdered man's entrance and peeked outside. He couldn't help but smile for his plan was coming to fruitition. Obviously, in the beginning, the flames would not be great in size, and thus would not alert the whole camp, but only the surrounding areas, making the needed guards abandon their posts. Only when the flames grew, would the entire inner courtyards be roused and come out to see what the problem would be.
The flames grew as more soldiers arrived and the very tent caught fire. Soldiers and horsemen and archers from outside the camp came carrying many buckets water and these added to the confusion of the soldiers from inside the courtyard which came to the aid. Such fuss woke up all the advisors and Generals, who came out to see what had happened. Quickly enough, the conspirator took advantage of some soldiers who happened to be running very near the tent to, after they passed, quickly mingle himself with the other men. In due time, the flames were controlled and the advisors went back to their tents. Cao Cao, however stayed up for a little while and sent soldiers to see if every major officer was still alive. To his regret, soldiers did in fact come back to say that his trusted cousin had been murdered, at which time Cao Cao began weeping. Zhang He, which was dealing with the aftermath of the flames, came quickly to his Lord and asked "My lord, why are you weeping?"
Cao Cao replied, "Alas! My Xiahou Dun has been murdered! He was as my right arm in battle!" Other military officers counselled the Prime Minister to withdraw to his tent. However, these news travel fast and before dawn, the entire camp knew of the events of this night.
The next morning, Cao Cao issued orders so that no signs of mourning nor any public discussion of the events would take place, under the punishment of death. Cao Cao knew that since deaths had happened due to internal dissent, he did not only not wish for Wu to see signs of disturbance in the army, which might lead to an attack, but he also did not want to promote discussion of rebellion inside the army.
Soon enough, Xiahou Dun was buried in a temporary grave, in a coffin. At his burial, Cao Cao wept further, and vowed to bury Xiahou Dun in Wu, as a sign that he would overcome his enemies despite being smitten at his closest and most loyal followers.
After the burial, in the afternoon all Cao Cao's close officers were once again called to decide upon the fate of themselves. Cao Cao was dressed in white mourning attiral, and called to his advisor. "Xiahou Dun is dead. Assassinated by one of you. I know I will eventually kill you, and I shall lean upon all of you, great minds to find out who the culprit is, as I'm not in my right state of mind to do so. As such, present the arguments for who do you think is behind this wicked murder." The officers began quickly busying themselves to present forth accusations to one another.

Uh oh. Xiahou Dun feels like a power role....
I think so too :sweatdrop:Quote:
Cao Cao replied, "Alas! My Xiahou Dun has been murdered! He was as my right arm in battle!"
Vote: Whiteeyes:D
Why so quiet? :inquisitive:
By the way, I should probably make it aware, that should the people that failed to vote last day also fail to vote this day, they will suffer the Wrath of Zhang Jue, which means White_Eyes:D, Yaseikhaan, Joooray, atheotes, Beskar and Faction Heir will be replaced or die.
I think Beskar is not playing this game...
I forgot to check back if the phase had been extended and missed the voting on Day1
Vote: White_eyes for now... white_eyes has been active in the gameroom... i will change my vote him if he shows up or if we get any useful leads
:daisy: mafia! I finally get a pro-town role and die right away, not fair :bigcry:. Good luck town!
I shall vote:Jooray then to elicit a response.
Vote: FactionHeir to elicit a response.
Khaan you are such a copycat, unlike your normal game
You are supposed to lurk!
As I said before, I'm sorry I was inactive the last day phase, real life got a hold on me. Promise to be better from this point on. :sweatdrop:
I don't think white_eyes is such a good choice, I send him a pm in another mafia game quite some time ago and he has yet to read it, so I suspect he's going to be WoZJed this night anyway.
Anyway, Vote: khaan. Come on, Atpg pressures you with one vote and all you do is a pressure vote yourself. You can do better than that! :idea2:
*Cao Cao applauds and makes it known to all his satisfaction to see most of his closest advisors and Generals mudslinging each other in an upsurge of activity*
EDIT: Here's a brief video briefly explaining the events that happened before the battle (Cao Cao's attack on Jing and his victory over Liu Bei and Liu Biao, which led to the pre-battle situation you all are on, between Cao Cao and Wu/Sun Quan)
vote: atheotes
Obviously the traitor.
He is too undecisive, unwilling to take risk, trying to appease. I would happy die for Cao Cao to protect his honour.
i agree vote:atheotes
hmm...care to explain why i took my vote of White_eyes when he was the lynch candidate?
I thought Beskar had quit this game...it is not like himself to stay so quiet :inquisitive:
no one is going ot be Wog'd... white_eyes will be replaced by Subotan.
to be honest, my gut says that you are not keen on playing as mafia and would rather be a townie. So the fact that you gave your place doesnt mean anything to me.
66% chance of survival is not as good as 100%.
so unvote, vote:khaan

Only post since joining the game and its "i agree + vote" :inquisitive:
