Trolling is inevitable really. It's what you do when the topic is being taken too seriously/debated to passionately. If you look closely, the mods troll fairly frequently (not when in their home forums of course).
But alt accounts = work for mods = warning points
and personal attacks/language will get you wp's as well.

though to OP: I don't think I've ever made an alt on here....at least not that i can remember. if i did, it was when i first joined and i likely got banned and PM'ed with an alt wondering why.
honestly....if alts are ONLY used to PM Mods or Admins with questions about bans, and do not post, i see no harm.
