Definitely yes. While you're at it get the whole collection, it's <$20 for 9 games.

I am not sure what the rave about Prison Architect is. It looks interesting and it is by the team who did Darwinia and Uplink, two games I loved when I was younger, but it is completely outpriced itself. The full game without discount should be £7, on par with Reus or Faster than Light opposed to £14 'on sale'.
Well, CK2 is a different kettle of fish. It isn't a low budget indy game, such as this. I understand why there might be some appeal to the game, I don't see why it isn't priced similar to Reus for example, it is that sort of quality (Well, should be, when completed).
I loved Prison Architect (and paid full price for it), as long as you think of it as a sandbox after you get everything set up and running. Paying in on the ground floor with a constantly-expanding Alpha and a great Dev team that guarantees me the full copy on release is something that I am willing to do.
I managed to stop! Haven't bought a blessed thing for days and days. Despite all of that ... temptation ...
Others have not been so lucky:

Last year I managed to avoid buying anything. This year I broke down and bought three games for a grand total of about $10.
I guess you could call it a psuedo-impulse buy. I was planning on buying it since I first heard of it in May, but I hadn't properly budgeted for it this month.
The "right" thing to do would have been to postpone buying it, but the tablet hasn't been reliably in stock at any of my Walmarts, so I thought I better strike while I could. I ended up scraping my discretionary budget funds of extra cash to pay for it- which is well and fine, but it didn't leave me with a lot of money for things like... Steam sales.
Don't Starve was no problem. Prison Architect leaves me pretty much tapped out for the month. Pity.
Is Civ V comparable with the strategy Paradox games or TW games?
A bit dickish if you ask me, after the summer sales, all the CK2 DLCs are -75% now ^^
I'm glad I waited, being an ant sometimes pays off :P
I picked up the Serious Sam series in the sale. I just played The First Encounter for the first time in 10 years. Damn that game was good!
Steam sale sucked this year. I didn't buy anything
I didn't buy much myself, just Dishonered, but like Beskie I pretty much have everything I want. Not buying anything else was more down to the lack of games I'm interested in released since the last sale.
The power of Steam compels you! The power of Steam compels you! The power of Steam compels you!

This version is quite excellent as well:

I picked up M&B and Warband combo and so far after a few hours of warband I got to say I can see spending some time in this world.
Oh and also picked up Papers, Please for 3 bucks, had to check it out, not much to it, but it was still work seeing what it was about. Waiting for Stanley Parable to get to 2 or 3 bucks and I'll run through that one too. These "message" games are something I want to check out, but since they aren't really games in my opinion I don't feel like I should pay anywhere near full price, which makes for a nice indie dev team / steam sale meeting of the minds with my price point. hahah, win/win
Papers, Please made me tense.
Im taking your word for it. If it doesnt pan out Im coming for you...
