And Palestine and the UN, neither of which is a de facto nation . . . yeah, I know, you didn't make the pack. ~;p (Edit: Also Tibet, and maybe Lebanon―all not really de facto nations, only de jure. The list seems to include all UN members and observers plus the UN itself.)Quote:

Is there a puke/barf type smilie? I remember there being one on some forum I frequented. Didn't use it much, but when it was needed there was no adequate substitute. Rollseyes and various angry/dizzy smilies just don't express the same thing as having a smilie blow chunks...

Taiwan isn't in fact an independant nation either. Tosa, any chance of a Prussian Flag, Confederate Flag, Bavarian Flag, NATO, or a USSR flag? Those would add some diversity to the backroom ~D !
Very cool! Thanks Tosa!
More realism yet:Quote:

Yeah it is, de facto. Just not given full recognition on paper by many countries. Hong Kong isn't really, it's semi-independent but basically part of China.Quote:

Maybe. Would be better if it changed color or something. Start yellow, turn green, lose lunch, etc. That animation is a bit slow getting to it. ~:cool:Quote:

I don't know if it's possible with VBulletin boards but I think it would be nice if we'd be able to create our own 'fav smilies list'. (like there is on the right of the typing area for a new post.~
viva cuba!! :cuba:
:spammer: I know some users will use this one~;p
Yes, it's recognized as part of the PRC, and it has never formally declared independence, so de jure it's not really a country. De facto it is, since China has no control over it whatsoever. Which is exactly what I said. Perhaps you are confused as to the meanings of de facto and de jure?Quote:

Other nations similarly provide de facto political recognition to Taiwan.
