The mighty continent of Britain! We became so fed up with everyone else arguing over their continents we discovered a new one, stole it from the inhabitants, and then went around stealing large pieces of everyone elses continents off of them too! HA!
Then surprise, surprise, everybody had an argument over their own continents and we decided bugger the lot of you, we're just going to stay home where the tea and biscuits are from now on.
I'm from Singapore. The island where the British Empire was utterly beaten by the Japanese in WW2.
It's not often in history you can specifically blame a single, cowardly sack of scum for an entire strategic loss and the misery that followed it. But then along came Percival and wham! He decided to make his moment in history, and made it with a white flag.Quote:

Europe here, Germany, the beatiful city of Regensburg.
On the RTW map, that's exactly the river crossing between Iuvavum and Mogontiacum. It's Roman name was Castra Regina, small border town with a fort, then. We still have some old Roman ruins.
Anybody else who can locate his position on the map?
I have been to your city… back in 97-98; the hospitality and warmth of the locals were quite impressive. The food was spectacular even at small pubs and at prices ridiculously low compared to my country.Quote:
