I would've been glad to say Merry Christmas and other general greetings if it's not been for the fact that I'm on my little revenge-against-society trip right now thanks to the overdose of Christmas songs and stupid shows/stupid episodes of stupid shows about Christmas.

How many variations of the same Christmas songs are there in the world, anyway? And nobody ever seems to notice the tongue-in-cheek aspect of some of the songs :/ (My favorite has to be the "I-want-a-hippopotamus-for-Christmas"...)

Oh, and how many of those pathetic copycats of Dickens' A Christmas Carol are there?
