Also let me give a few general warnings, also concerning the lich searching his mind for information.

Anything on the batlles of eight centuries ago comes from very skinny records... there is little known exactly about the composition of the army of Darganta and there has been a long time since then... also... no one knows pretty much anything about the void, esp. none of your chars do... pulling off a mighty attack against an enemy you don't understand yet can be foolish ;) -

also storywise it's maybe not the best approach to use up all our greatest effects at the beginning ;)

It is also the icon for the angel-warrior Sphener in the Civilization IV mod Fall From Heaven II. And the avatar of a person (named Thomas, incidentally) on Civilization Fanatics Forum.

No, it's fine like it is, I didn't say that as correction just as something to keep in mind for the future... you can have old wisdom about what happened in Lassara, after all Morangul was once a Lassaran archmage just the earliest recors are sketchy at best... and what you don't know anything about, other than that it exists, is the Void...

I wanted to head towards where the Lich was (Metagamish of course) so I picked South. It looked like the main road, too.

This game is getting really interesting now. :)

We have an awesome party forming at Ayal Royad Hyo, but the Capital crew is pretty nice too. Should we attempt to converge somewhere or should we follow our own paths?

Considering my character is practically concussed it might be a good idea for one of you to get that cleric girl to the graveyard.

Well, GB, the cerlic's the princess so as far as Alain is concerned the only place she goes is as far away from these attackers as possible right now. You'll need to find a way out somehow... I'll let them escape by a secret path leading to the shores of Lake Biran so there we should be able to meet up...

also as for meeting up or not we should do what feels right to our characters... while secretly working to meet up :D

Though the aistar companion isn't a Bacilnan thing per se; these creatures don't fraternise with humans/elves (they eat 'em!), but Raina owes something of a life debt... I guess the obvious parallel would be Han Solo and Chewbacca, but you'd have to imagine that wookiees might wanna eat smugglers. :laugh4:

Oh, two more things; boktah aren't native to Aegleron, they're from somewhere hot and humid that I haven't made up yet; aistar is the singular (like elf), aistari is the plural (like elves).

Haha, certainly. I think that Allie hasn't really shown any magical prowess in front of Tah yet (in fact, don't think Tah's noticed her! :<), and Kyran's magic isn't as obvious as the lich's; convincing nature to do your bidding is different to hurling a fireball, after all, and she's never seen magic used to noble ends, only for destruction.

Morangul poses a particular problem to Tah because he's pretty much everything that she dislikes; a human (at least in illusion), an undead abomination, a magic practitioner... it'd be very tough for her to leave him unscathed.
