The only single post I had a problem with is 476, where he says it sucks when your biggest wolfread (Monty) has two of the biggest town reads (cass and dp) as his own town reads. This strikes me as possible wolf concerned about consistency -- I don't understand the concern otherwise especially when the reads are so consensus -- but it's not much.
If Monstro is wolf and has a flaw, it's in his lack of confidence on non-town reads compared to his town ones. He's very back and forth on sooh but seems to be leaning town until visor makes his iso-spam, at which point he votes her. As soon as Sooh shows up and starts to AtE he's right back to probably villagery. His other scum read, Monty, is not engaged with much and his latest statement where monty's attack on visor is wolfy but his persistence almost villagery doesn't say much. Keeps talking about possibility the wolves are all in the low posters. To his credit, post 666 criticizing Monty for jumping the gun on sooh's lynch does seem indicative of some ongoing (and hence real) suspicion.
Compare with literally all of his town reads, which are either stated outright as "this is villagery" or progress from minor discomfort to totally villagery in pretty short order (like with winston). I don't know, could be a scum with issues contriving cases.
tl;dr: I could see him as wolf.
this is towny

Can't really follow your wording wrt 'every player' 'bunch of townies'
Why are Renata/Visor a)likely b)impossible?
I've looked at links there with Renata - current thoughts are WW isn't impossible but it's possible if he's scum and she's Town he's setting up for excuses to mislynch later, which given my current read on Renata seems more likely. She pushes at him fairly directly for several things. He has called her scummy then backtracked/hedged, not questioned/pushed her further.
Him-Visor idk. IIRC They've both given each other easy and early Town reads.
Because as it stands visor and Renata are on my town list and I haven't found (much) reasoning to go back on either
I was using a bunch of hyperbole to make a point for all of those, and also throwing my reads in there. From my perspective it seems like there's just a bunch of towns in his cross hairs minus the lhf El barto who provides a safe vote buffer that doesn't ruffle feathers
Overall that's kinda just the vibe im getting from him. "Doesn't ruffle feathers"

Re: Representative Democracy [In Play]
Alright, skimming-caught-up, but not very. Feel like I'm reading this game through a thick cloud.
Sooh, from where I read last night, has shown up and felt tonally town to me. Townie reaction to the votes received, not very redirective, which I'm happy about.
I don't think I ever vote Renata today. I don't know anyone's play style, but her consistency in tone and responsiveness to all players is a positive for me. More than anything. I need to do a full ISO on her because of the sheer amount of content. I go from bad to okay, not quite ready to go here.
Monstr's looked good to me since our bit of interaction last night, and pushes feel pretty genuine.
I'm really not feeling good about Visor and his "reaction" push on me last night, and might agree with Zack that his push back on Cuth felt a little forced. I'm not ready to make a read there, but it's a slot I'm watching.
But I also don't know Zack's play at all. Or anyone's.
ISOing Cuth as well.
I noticed Choxorn's three posts. Anyone have thoughts on about how much content I might expect from him?

Re: Representative Democracy [In Play]
I might be ready to make a read on Visor. Take that back. Scum leans.

I don't think this was ever addressed or even acknowledged

It's thin, but it's a read and probably a better one than the OMGUS-influenced one from early in the day.
You should probably ask others individually why their reads, because I'm certain not everyone has given a reason.

Re: Representative Democracy [In Play]
renata, i'd be willing to give the representative power to you
i voted for myself and am campaigning not because i trust myself to make the proper decisions, but because i didn't have any townreads in my district other than dp
and i don't want dp to have that vote; not because he's scummy but because he's relatively inexperienced and somewhat pocket-prone
and i don't think has the current mafia personality to use the role properly
if you want it, i'll vote for you for rep
-
Re: Representative Democracy [In Play]
in our district, i could see scumchox electing me just because he thinks i would be a bad rep for town
-
Re: Representative Democracy [In Play]
If Jabbz is a wolf Winston is probably a villager?
I need to reread to make sure of that one
-
Re: Representative Democracy [In Play]
i think schema's about 89% town here

So basically anti-omgus/pocket read.

Re: Representative Democracy [In Play]
i want to say one of gh/winston
but i'm not 100% on that
meh on sooh's posting
it's nothing a wolf couldn't do and i don't really lean either way on it

OK, I am not obligated to vote for you anymore. And Dp101 has put Sooh in the lead, so I must abide by lawful custom and Vote: Winston Hughes.
(Cass_, I vote you in spirit).
Didn't like this post, especially the bold.
But I liked most of this, because ?effort ?thought.

Let's see.
It's D1.
I've spent a lot of the day doing stuff and then an hour calculating bets and RPS results.
I read ~250 posts in one go and found my brain melting to a cheese-like consistency.
I'd honestly tell you to vote Sooh just to save my sorry arse and see what I can do in a few days when the RPS game has ended, but honestly, no. You can always burn Monty for having been scum last game, but that would apply only to me.
I'm not sure whether Monstrbro pings me because I've never played with him before or because he's doing something scummy. Beyond that… I always tend to analyse on the basis of votes. I'll see about that tomorrow. The group stage of RPS ends then and then the number of matches is halved every 24 hours. Yay.
Don't understand the Monty comment.
But @Winston Hughes is this post more in the vein of the extra effort you mention he's been putting in? Or is it still scum.

I'll point out that it's the direct opposite of the vibe you said you had earlier in the game, and I'm not seeing how you get from point A to point B.

Probably town, because I don't think scum would vote for a claimed PR at this point.

I made a post about not liking those posts directly to winston before that
This isn't point a to b
It's from a to B back to a

she's making short posts with weak reasons, citing omgus and using WIFOM
also the classic "why isn't <> getting looked at very closely" without really saying much else, in particular when combined with the previous line
also helps me evaluate visor
