Looking at the traits just now, they say that it is autumn to me. Are you sure you looked at the traits when you saw that it was summer, or that you didn't see wrong? :shrug:

I did not look in the Traits, but when the game starts it says what season we have

OK, then I would say that can't be trusted and that you should rather check the traits for it, as they seem to be correct even when that isn't.

In any case, I want to transfer the Bematistes ancillary from Apelles Iliou Troikou to myself (+5% movement & trade), how do I do this?

When you start the turn then it will always say either 'Summer' or 'Winter' but never Spring, Fall/Autumn. The reason is quite simple. the game is made for 2 tpy and not for 4 tpy. We get 4 tpy only because of the EB script. Actually we get 3 summers and 1 winter.

The only way is to move ancillaries is that you have to move one character to another characters army and then move that ancillary to your avatar. After that you have to move that character from whom you took that ancillary exactly to the place he was before.
Don't use move_character command when the character is inside a settlement.

Not at all, and I actually tried that, but I failed to move either Sarpedon or Apelles because it refused to recognize the names I tried. How do you write them into the console? :shame:

With Sarpedon it's quite easy. You write what you see - Sarpedon Syriakos
With those who have 3 names you have to write the last 2 names together - Apelles Ilioutroikou

I know I tried Sarpedon Syriakos, but it still didn't work. I also tried Apelles Ilioutroikou, though I'm not 100% I spelt that right (meaning, I may have written IliouTroikou or something like that - though I remember trying different ways, and since Sarpedon Syriakos didn't work...)

Someone needs to do something about our fort being besieged by the Ptolemaioi, it's only got one more turn before it surrenders.

The only one who can do anything about it I'm afraid is Roka, unless I can at least sally and autocalc. No one else can get there in time, I think. It would be 1st Syrian if any. :shame:

~:doh: I uploaded the wrong save then because I loaded the right save and then named it right but... well.. this happens when you have almost all the saves in your 'save' folder. Things get confusing! :dizzy2:

And yes, You have to always use ""
I've heard that some say that you don't but to be 100% sure then always use those marks.

Thank you for the balloons. I feel a little bit guilty receiving them, though, seeing as I had to "sacrifice the sacrificing of virgins part", if you know what I mean. That's why I didn't get the save done until noon. ~;)

No. It is there to defend Satrapy(basically Arche) mainly. When it leaves from the territory of Satrapy then Basileus can use it's units anyway he want's since they are considered as regular units then.
So it's not a good idea to piss of Basileus and the take your army outside your Satrapy. ~;)
However, if Basileus removes/disbands some units from Satrapal army in this situation he must recruit replacements.

Also, Satrap who have pissed of Basileus might get only cheap units as his 'core' Satrapal Army. The rest of the units (units got because of high Influence/Command) can be chosen by the Satrap.

In that case allow Basileus to decide this. But you should remember that if you capture some settlement then it belongs to Basileus and not to you.

Yes, I am well aware of that, especially since my Satrapy cannot consist of 2 regions, that have not 1 borderline in common, and all regions that are next to Ipsos already belong to us. I've read the rules :yes:
