No sorry it is head of Alexander the Great with the letters HTW in greek in the upper left corner,you don't see it though too small,the reason for it was that the picture itself remained very clear when i transformed it to .ico format and Alexander is one of the greatest historic figures of all time,basically the founder of the Hellenistic age.Hope you all like it as a desktop icon....

How do you use the desktop icon? Its just a picture and I don't know what to do with it.
Ok right click on the picture select "save picture as" choose or make a folder,at your wish.Got to your MTW:VI desktop icon you want to change rightclick on that icon choose "properties" hit the button "change icon" select the folder you put the icon in and select the picture and hit the "OK" button,that's it.

Just insert your MTW cd go to "My Computer" select your cd-rom or dvd drive rightclick select "Explore",now you see all the data that are on the disc,just double click on "Setup",that's it.I always rename a new install in this case HTW or Hellenic but i keep the original Program Files/Total War folder.Install the patch MTW v1.1.Repeat the above for MTW:VI.Install the patch MTW:VI v2.1.Now you have a new and clean install of MTW:VI v2.1

The LBM converter mentioned in the readme file is pure evil. It replace Adobe and MSPaint. Is there any way to destroy it as painfully as possible and have my old MSPaint icons back?
Now none of my jpgs are opening and all of my incons are image file icons are crazy.

Then uninstall Irfan View and sign all formats to Adope in Adope.
IrfanView is a wonderful picture-viewer.
If you don´t want to sign any image formats to it then don´t choose them in the installations process of IrfanView.

I've had around 10 major battles now in HTW and each one was more exciting then MTW battles
I'm still playing my Illirian campaign and throughly enjoying the barbarian side of things. My barbarian princes are the studs of the kingdom as I've had 4 offers from other factions to take thier princesses hand in marriage. My vast horse armies have wrecked destruction on the Peoneons and Thracians and I'm now planning how best to face the challenge of the more civilized Greeks with thier Polomiste units, a heavy counter to my horse armies. I will adapt and crush them or die trying
