Just noticed that the save is for 1185. That is the start date of the next Senate Session. I will not make TheFlax or YLC re-do their moves, but the save is now frozen and cannot be taken until the 1185 AD Senate Session is over.

Everything has gone according to plan so far - soon, very soon.

New save with all title ancillaries given to their proper owners. Note, the following ancillaries could not be added to their owners, as their owners already have too many (8) ancillaries:
Dongala - Vartholomaios Ksiros
Benghazi, Diyarbakir, & Scopia - Ioannis Komnenos I
The save is now open. It may take me a turn or two to get the hang of things, so these first couple will have at least a 48 hour deadline.
I expect this turn to close at around 20:00 PST. :bow:
I will be closely checking the SOT thread before making any moves so if there are any last minute changes that need to be made now is a good time. :yes:

A clarification please. Helarionas controls Durazzo. I presume that a declaration of war against him will allow the declarer to lay siege to the town.

Basileus and 3 units took Durazzo, while the rest of the army joined Arintheos Voutoumitis.
Announcement: I will be taking a good chunk of tomorrow to go through the empire, get a hang of where to cut costs, the best way to get troops to Venice, etc.
I may also be sending pms around asking about being able to move and recruit troops, etc.
I hope to finish by the deadline I posted but it's always possible it could be a little longer. This is my first turn in such a position and I'm a little overwhelmed. I promise that future turns will move much faster than this one. I apologize for any inconvenience. :bow:
Will the save be accessible during the day to do our moves ?
Some played their turns before the session but otherwise most people haven't had access to the save yet...
Certainly, likely for the next couple days. I plan on making this first turn a bit longer than the ones after it. I need some time to look things over, send some pms asking permission to shuffle troops around, etc. None of that will require me to take the save.
It makes it a bit harder that my next two days are busy. Just found out I'll be spending Friday night (when I initially planned to take the save) riding around in a police car with a full-time deputy. Once I get back from that (possibly in the wee hours of the morning) I'll grab the save and move things through. :2thumbsup:

I got Man of the Hour proposal but declined it because the benefactor was Ioannis Kantakouzinos(Theo don't like him).
Also I would like to point out that many of the settlements have auto-manage turned on! (Yerevan, Baku, Belgrade, Durazzo, Ragusa)
And if possible I would ask that Megas Logothetes builds a fort for Theo so he could plan his strike against Turkish forces besieging Damascus!

alright, this has gotten ridiculous. The .Org uploader won't recognize my username and I can't find the link to the new Mizus uploader so I'm going to have to ask the Megas to do my moves for me until I can figure out what to do.
Can the Megas please
1) combine the captain stacks into my own
2) fight the turkish factionheir(autoresolve)
3) Take Tbilisi and Yerevan off of automanage(I don't know why it was on anyways)
4) Stop construction on the church in Yerevan which the AI started building.
