I seriously doubt that Andres/Maggie is guilty. The concept of Maggie being a killer was already used in the "Who shot mr. Burns" episode. It's been done, I sincerely hope the writers have more imagination than that.

Day One Lynch
Kent Brockman gathered everyone in front of the statue of Jebediah Springfield, and called on everyone to vote for their first victim of mob justice.
Ned Flanders, Bart Simpson, and Kent Brockman himself were all tied for the lynch. Where was Mayor Quimby? Surely he could sort out this mess. But unfortunately the Mayor did not speak up. Finally, the wisest of them all, Professor Frink, decided to flip his three-sided coin. Heads, it would be Bart Simpson. Tails, it would be Kent Brockman. And if the coin landed on it's edge, it would be Ned Flanders. (My the lord smiles upon him, ever so much...)
Frink flipped the coin high into the air, and the clouds parted. The moonlight poured through the clouds, and town was granted a miracle. The coin landed on the soft park soil, and imbedded itself lengthwise. It landed on it's edge!
Ned Flanders was visibly shaken.
"Well shucks, I can't understand how everyone in town would want to mur-diddley-urder me. I've tried so hard to be the darn-diddley-dang-donged best person I could be. Calm down, Neddily diddley diddley... you tried your best unluckily-diddley-diddley. You can't blame town incompetent-diddley-diddley-diddley AW HELL DIDDLEY DING DONG :daisy:! CANT YOU MORONS DO ANYTHING RIGHT???"
The town gasped audibly. "Well, no matter, because you got lucky this time... but rest assured, you won't survive the next several nights. The moon is full... and we'll be watching you. Die painfully, foolish humans!"
Just then, Ned Flanders' face split in half, and his skin went flying in every which direction. His body was a mere shell, and the innards had been disposed of a long time ago. From within the cavity of Ned Flanders came the unspeakably evil alien beings Kang and Kodos!
Kang: BWAHAHAHAHA!!!
Kodos: AHAHHAHHAHHAAAA!!!
The UFO arrived and began beaming Kang and Kodos to safety.
Kang: So, perhaps no one will be abducted and probed rectally tonight... but we will return someday to conquer and enslave the human race!
Kodos: So long, delicious humans!
