(We can't take the one word rule too literally because there are so many types of words like articles, prepositions, relative/demonstrative/possessive pronouns that shouldn't count. Obviously nouns (and subject/object pronouns), verbs, adverbs in most cases, and adjectives except for possessive adjectives should count though.)
