Re: It's a surprise mafia [Day One]
How many credits will we get at the end of each night phase and how much does it cost to use my item?
I'm guessing the two factions are pizza delivery chains. The serial killer role is probably either an armed robber named Tyrone or an unchained pit bull named Stonewall in a trailer park. (both true stories, I worked "in the business" for many years.)
-
Re: It's a surprise mafia [Day One]
I have been attacked by unchained pit bulls just hanging around in people's yards unattended after their owners ordered pizza.
I should have the legal right to drive my car over their dog and straight through their living room whenever that happens. I would, with pleasure. The stupidity of the average human being is astounding to me, and stupidity should have consequences.

Re: It's a surprise mafia [Day One]
Hows about wheeled toys (and other hazards) on dark porch steps and no one turns on the freaking porch lights.
Or snow drifts that are so high they cannot open the glass outer door, so they say they need to cancel unless you can help them clear the sidewalk (with no tip afterwards)
Or husbands/kids/friends who get the money from mom/dad, wait for payer to walk off, and then they pocket the tip right in front of you. One dad left me a check with a tip to order for the kid what they always order, and the little tart babysitter asked for the difference back in cash. I told her only if she showed me her breasts.
My personal favorite is Have-The-Baby-Pay-Because-its-cute-and-i-wont-feel-guilty-about-not-tipping customers.
But I really loved that job for a while, until we got a new owner. Lots of smokeouts in the walk-in cooler, late night parties with the other chains disgruntled employees and having sex with girls who smell like pizza. My only regret is that I never got to shoot anyone.

This is definitely worthy of a backroom thread, so let's open one and stop spamming my own game. :laugh4:

I can't access that link you put up ATPG. Perhaps you should be taught how to treat dogs who are not properly trained.

Re: It's a surprise mafia [Day One]
Didn't you forget Yaseikhaan too or is that just me?
-
Re: It's a surprise mafia [Day One]
I thought I read Yaseikhaan... *goes to check* ...yep, it's there :D
Also I usually tip generously when I order pizza (or anything, for that matter) dunno why, probably don't want to feel guilty or something ^^

Re: It's a surprise mafia [Day One]
It's so quiet in here. I know that cults are secetive and all, but at least leave some scary candle arrangements or latin devil worship chants.
What do Pizza cults sacrifice to appease the gods?

Re: It's a surprise mafia [Day One]
Interestingly, I think I am actually missing orders. Which is nifty because certain people were in fact active. :stare:
I'll give you until tonight. Get those orders in peoples.

I'll place a bucket of water over my door so any cultist who tries to enter will get SOAKED.
Then we can lynch whoever's sneezing tomorrow.

Re: It's a surprise mafia [Day One]
Bah, close enough....
NIGHT ONE
The peasants gathered together in the morning, to find Askthepizzaguy weeping uncontrollably. One of them approached him and asked the magistrate guy what was wrong, to which the magistrate replied:
Askthepizzaguy: "You made me kill him! You people and your voting.... I didn't want to kill this man, for he was the prettiest one among you. And now look at him.... look at his beautiful face...."
Askthepizzaguy scooped up an unrecognizable mess of dirt, blood, and fleshy bits from the ground.
Askthepizzaguy: "Even now, in this state, he's still the prettiest one here, besides me of course. Now, find me a heretic, or you'll soon find yourselves splattered on the ground next to khaan."
Askthepizzaguy pulled out yet another revolver and waved it around at the peasants to encourage their participation.
Askthepizzaguy: "Also, nothing happens if you try to lynch me."
Pizza waved the gun at GH.
Askthepizzaguy: "I unclog my nose in your general direction. Let the accusations commence!"

I have my reasons. But this isn't just some random bandwagon, so I need people to help me out here.

Clever game you're playing there, because there are no reveals upon death and therefore nobody will know the validity of your claims until the end.
Still, Vote: Mr Stuka.

If you could elaborate a bit on these reasons I might be willing to listen to you rather than the almighty random

Well you are certainly off base in that regard. Three possibilities are there. Option one you are mafia pulling an incrediably ballsy move. Option Two you are some kind of insane detective. Three you are some kind of crazy townie lying for no good reason at all.
-
Re: It's a surprise mafia [Day One]
Option 4: Crazy townie trying to see how scummy you do or don't look when you respond?
I don't know, someone falsely accuses me, I generally vote for him.
vote: Captain Blackadder

I like this.
vote: Captain Blackadder
And I can't see why a mafia GH would pull off this move on Day 2, so I'm believing it.

Re: It's a surprise mafia [Day One]
Well, I have a nagging sense Diamondeye is guilty. But why vote for him when I could jump on a bandwagon valid case?

My reasons remain the same as yesterday; his D1 vote based on an off-the-cuff-remark that he deems to be a "good case", after skim-reading it? Really?
