You can unthank, but that would be mean.
Almost as mean as lynching me.

I think it is rather a random bandwagon than your lead :juggle2:
and the host was talking in scary red letters.
-
Re: A Game of Cold-Blooded Murder [In Play]
First: I sincerely apologise classical_hero - it won't happen again. :bow:
Second: Given the particular warnings we have had about not reaching a majority before the end of the round, it is best to reach a majority. The way I see it, if random, negative, consequences attend a failure to heed the hosts' instructions they will not affect mafiosi. Since R1 lynches are random at best, since a clear favourite, JHT, has been established, it only makes sense to comply with Chaotix's warning... :end:

It was more of my lead, really.

end of day

it is delightful to watch our new toys playing together/
they are following our instructions quite well/
they try to find us/
the keepers of the playground/
but they will never escape/
our playtime will continue/
they have chosen incorrectly today/
how they beat and kick their victim/
it is delightful to see/
but they seem to lack the will to completely break the toy/
and so we shall finish the task/
when they fall asleep/
i want you to drag our newest toy outside of the playpen/
and tie it on to the gurney in the machine room/
i call it the merrygoround/
the gurney has been modified to spin/
with the toy unable to move/
its feet sticking out/
while you guide the band saw closer and closer/
remember to wear your goggles my love/
you will get wet/
i will be watching your work with great interest.

Re: A Game of Cold-Blooded Murder [In Play]
I claim credit for the townhughthom lynch. Makrell and Zack are both townhughthomlynchleaderimpostors!
I am the only real leader!
And you shouldn't fear somebody writing in red letters. I have my name in red letters! All those writing in red letters are wannabe Andreses. Weaklings. They are as fake as my breasts!

There was a weakling who had been watching brave Andres. He wanted to appear brave as well, because surely, only the brave are sure to be innocent. Weaklings on the contrary, are those who sneak around at night to kill people.
The weakling who had been watching, was johnhughthom. He really wanted to be "john", "hugh" or "thom" but he was too much of a coward to cut off part of his own name, let alone with a rusty knife.
So, he simply changed it to townhughthom. Instead of being a brave man, he choose the cowardly route. Therefore, he has to be guilty.
Vote : townhughthom.

end of night
~~~
I have an idea for tonight's playtime/
I want you to do the following/
....
Throbbing pain. Dizziness. Nausea.
The young man came to in the middle of a cage, suspended somewhere. All around was impenetrable darkness. His head pounded. He didn't even remember falling asleep.
His body ached. He had no idea why he had been captured, or why he was being tormented. He noticed that he was somehow separated from the others. He felt utterly alone.
Somewhere from the darkness, was the sound of a plastic switch being pressed.
It sounded like a cassette player being switched on.
From what had to be an ancient speaker, the sound of Johnny Cash began to crackle.
As Autolycus stood in his tiny cage, he thought of trying to escape, even though he was disoriented. He began fumbling in the dark for anything, a latch to release himself, or perhaps a bit optimistically, the keys to his cage.
After several moments of the haunting music, a blazing bright light flared before the young man's eyes. He nearly jumped out of his skin.
It seemed that there was an object completely surrounding the cage, which had suddenly ignited in a blinding flash. It happened too quickly for Autolycus' eyes to adjust. At least now he didn't have to work in the dark.
At the second refrain, it seemed that another object had caught on fire. From what Auto could see, his cage was suspended in the middle of a hoop that was made of very combustible material. Not just one, but several hoops, which seemed to be just close enough to one another to burn in sequence.
As each hoop began to burn, it would ignite another one.
Autolycus couldn't see much else, but he did find that his cage was locked by a simple three tumbler combination lock. It was a small possibility that he could simply guess the combination and escape.
He began frantically spinning the tumblers, trying as many three digit combinations as possible. Meanwhile, a third ring caught fire, and then a fourth.
It was getting very hot inside the cage. Autolycus was sweating from fear and from the intensity of the flames. The blinding light made it harder and harder to see anything.
Frustrated by the lack of progress, and desperate to escape, Auto began to rock the cage back and forth, trying to dislodge the cage from within the inferno that had now completely surrounded him. All this seemed to do was move the cage even closer to the fire, and the heat was intolerable.
As his cage swung, he returned to the tumblers. He could barely hear the sweet soothing voice of Johnny Cash over the roar of the flames. The smoke was now stinging his eyes, and he was having difficulty breathing.
He must have tried fifty different combinations in the span of the next minute, to no avail. His head was throbbing, and he could barely stay awake. Only his racing heart was keeping him alert.
The inferno was now so hot, that his skin was beginning to blister. The cage was getting too hot.
Suddenly, material lining the outside of the cage caught fire in one terrible instant. The cage itself was now burning.
Autolycus screamed in terror and pain, shouting for anyone who could hear his cries.
Someone definitely heard his cries for help...
and We enjoyed watching him die/
Objective randomisation clearly proves Classical Hero is guilty of the unspoken crime of being a killing psycho, ready to kill anyone who opposes him.
