I've come to the conclusion that Devastatin Dave is behind the board probs - he crashed all the forums except this one so that he can post in the only place everybody else can - in other words he has effectively ended his Backroom Ban!!!

don't know if you're into modding, but we can use help, its lookin like there are 3 of us, who'll be working on it so far. none of us really know what we're doin however, jsut makin it up as we go along. if not opinions and suggestions would also be welcome.

Sounds like a great idea - George R.R. Martin's books definitely provide a very good setting for an R:TW mod.
I will take look at the thread as soon as the board is working again, however, I guess I will not be able to offer a lot of help on the actual modding process (I never did any mods, and I am afraid it would probably require too much time that I do not have).
But when it comes to ideas, e.g. regarding what could be included in terms of units etc., I would gladly offer help (if it is wanted - I would not like to create the impression that I just throw some ideas over the fence and let others do the actual work)
