I hate to interject here, but I have been reading a little of the RPG forum; and the Roman pope has declared that all those who follow the Clermont pope will be excommunicated. Since I am not in the game, I will post this here for reference:

To excommunicate large groups of people is actually a misnomer. The correct term for this is Interdict; as in, the pope has placed a Papal interdict on all the lands who follow the "false" pope. Excommunication is always targeted against a specific individual; entire groups of people are always "placed under interdict." A more detail description can bne found via Wiki.

Sorry for nerding up the thread, but this stuff just sticks with me for some reason.

I'd quite like to play as Denmark, if it isn't taken.

Ah, scratch that.. I just found your forums. Is it at all possible for me to join, perhaps as a minor faction?

I don't see why it shouldn't be. The game proper is due to start at some point
over the weekend or the beginning of the week. Regardless of start time, if you
post in the game introduction thread the moderators should include you.

Yeah, I realized it after I posted that, but was just too lazy to change it.

Besides, "placed under interdict" just doesn't have the same ring as "excommunicated!" :evil:

Having problems connecting to the invision forum. Have been trying for about an hour and no luck. Is there anything wrong or just my connection?

Check on the link I posted and post in the Introductory thread the game has already started but I think you can join after we start as a minor faction.
