Does the Duke of Brandemburg forget the terms of the peace treaty he just signed?
He cannot attack the HRE without violating the peace treaty. In case he does violate the treaty, Poland will have to live up to her part of the treaty and make war on Brandemburg also.
Does the Kurfurst wish more destruction in his land? Has Berlin not burned enough?

I dont understand how his Imperial majesty accuses Brandenburg,when it was Kaiser who declared war? As Brandenburg is part of Protestant Coalition and Protestant Union. By Kaiser declaring war,means that all of protestant coalition and also the German lords of Protestant Union will now declare war to Kaiser. By declaring war Kaiser has broken the peace treaty and Poland has no oblications to help him.
Brandemburg was not involved in the hostilities, and therefore could have claimed neutrality, as there is no war without violence.
Since the Kaiser has declared his intention (poke in the direction of the Protestant alliance :laugh4:) to enter the war on the Spanish side, then Brandemburg by its peace treaty could not make war on the Kaiser.
But your Imperial majesty forgets the mutual protection clause of the Protestant coalition. So as i sayed by declaring war to other members of the coalition Kaiser also broke the peace treaty. In matter of fact he already broke the treaty after declaring war to any of us.So Brandenburg is free to act and Poland is not oblicated to do anything if they dont wish to act.
Apparently the aid of Spain is more valuable than the threat of the Protestant Lords. I did not know about that mutual protection clause, but it is irrelevant now. We hope that this war is as bloodless and as short as possible.Quote:

The Tsar shall share his opinion on the matter, and believes:
1) Spain should not have fired upon the Protestant Fleet. Even if they were preparing for war, it is easier to gain support when acting defensively, not offensively.
2) The Kaiser has declared war on both the Netherlands and Brandenburg, even if he did so unintentionally. He should be allowed to retract his statement if he sees the situation differently with this new information.
3) Cyprus should not be run by the Knights of Malta. Cypriots are either Muslim or Orthodox and Catholic rulers would not understand the people. If this is not to Spain's liking, Cyprus may be presided over by the Knights of Malta as long as there is a millet-like system in which seperate religions may have their own leaders.
4) King Sigismund and the Sultan should sign a peace treaty. There is no reason amongst you two to fight. You are both wise leaders and know the advantages of peace. War has ravaged this whole continent, it is time for some peace.
5) Spain, France and England should have no qualms with each other regarding their respective converting of the American pagans. At least they are seeing the light of Christianity.

We did not declare war, we only stated our support for Spain, we will withdraw this position if the Netherlands withdraws form the war, then we shall sign a new peace treaty with them. The current one is obviusly too exclusive.

So would the Kaiser agree that this situation was only an diplomatic misunderstanding and would dismiss all the comments from each from the sides and move back to the situation,before Netherlands,Brandenburg,Sweden or the Imperial German Government had declared war to each other?

We have to consider that. Since if the Spanish force will attack us from the area of Holy Roman Empire and uses its area to supply its armies. Basicly it doesnt have anything to differ from Kaiser actually declaring war to us.

HGE (Is that right?) had declared war on Netherlands, though it was more of an uneasy peace, as no blood was shed and no one was taking action. But, after opinions were voiced, you choose to carry out the declaration!
Both of you should make ammends. HGE could have access to many exotic resources if they made peace with the Netherlands and the Netherlands could become very wealthy with such an affluent client.
Sure, Spain probably trades with the HGE, but they do not share borders, so trade is hindered significantly.
