I'm voting khaan because he didn't kill grizz when I asked him to. Take that!
Did i say i was voting 'khaan... could swear i meant sasaki...
Im almost tempted not to vote for him because he didn't kill me... despite your offer...
Also for ATPG's innocence he has been in contact with pro town roles all game, i think beefy is only one he knew that died... and i don't think that can be blamed on ATPG...
Though i did know pro town roles in midgaard for a while and we left them live... still im pretty sure puizza is innocent... if he's not we are all screwed...

Sorry. Won't waste an investigation on a disloyal and dangerous villain. Rather use it to find the heroes. Rather use the lynch to dispose of a disloyal and dangerous villain to ensure no more mistakes.
But! It's not my decision. This time, EVERYONE is free to make their own choice who to lynch, I won't interfere. And BTW, they always had that choice; they follow me voluntarily.

Here's my proof, that Chaotix's writing style may not always leave clues... I'd like at least ATPG to read this, so we can maybe stop gang-lynching anyone mildly suspicious, i'd also like bandwaggoners to read it too.
It's a long read, so I spoil tagged it...

Night 2
Shadow the Hedgehog walked alone down the hallway, towards the Council Chamber, a blank look on his face. Or at least, he believed he was alone, and paid little attention to his surroundings. In reality, someone lurked in the shadows behind him, all but undetectable to most eyes.
When he reached the chamber, he continued walking up to the podium at the center of the room. He mindlessly stepped over the many times decapitated body of Orochi, which the Egg-Bots seemed to be having trouble in cleaning up. The figure in the shadows moved towards the fringe of the room, and, finding a cardboard box, quickly hid himself under it. There was something about Shadow that he had noticed earlier; something wasn’t right with his behavior. Or perhaps there were a few things peculiar about his behavior…
Lurking in a box? A very Big boss move, I can admit to having followed Shadow... but..
Quote:
Big Boss was still crawling back to his quarters under the cardboard box. All of a sudden, he heard maniacal laughter, and the sounds of a scuffle taking place in the hall. He cursed under his breath.
Outside the box, Big Boss heard the unmistakable sound of Meta-Knight’s voice, which was much too deep, it seemed, for his short stature. The other voice he could not place, but it kept repeating the words “Burn!” and “Die!”
Why was I NEAR this battle? I didn't choose to watch this or anything remotely like that, it was purely a choice of Chaotix's to help build tension on my character I suppose.
Quote:
Finally, it appeared that Big Boss had made it back to his quarters safely. He could now tell the other villains all about what he had discovered this night. Soon, the traitors, for it seemed there were now a great many of them, would be captured.
According to that I had seen a great deal and had much to tell my fellow villains, alas...
Quote:
His mutilated corpse was found in his room the next morning…
I submit to you all, that despite the fact that things happen and people can have night actions. I don't think we should utterly gang-lynch them. I ask that we at least give some benefit of the doubt...
Now, regarding 'khaan, though we lost a valuable ally i'm sure there's a resurrection thing around here, but what he did was still pretty miffed up IMO.
TBH, I like the idea of having him around, but he needs to listen better if so..
@ 'khaan
Trust me, the list of suspected people is really small, the people that you were given were probably not people given to detectives, so that will eliminate at least a couple (maybe three?) players from the list, and no offense but as always, the less information that is spread out, the better.

Of course I admit it. I didn't like the choices, so, again, I killed whom I thought was scummy. I don't know why you refuse to accept this. Same as with Psychonaut, same as with the others. Only now do you raise a big fuss.

Not a lie. My order was in the same day that the day phase ended. I chose not to tell you until later. Further, I had no idea it was right at the last second. I was figuring the night would end at around 8 PM CST, much like the other nights. I was wrong.

I reject this entire argument as poppycock.
I accept that you killed whoever you thought was scummy without consulting me first. That's why you're going to die here, now. You chose not to tell me until it was too late. You were very wrong. In retrospect, you could have killed from the list of people I gave you. You want a list of people not to kill?
Take the list of players.
Cross off everyone I told you to kill.
Done.
The art of deception... so, you're arguing, because I didn't lie to you all game, it is my fault you picked two power roles to kill? Weak. You're actually convincing me this is a very good move to lynch you.

1. You did what you wanted, with disastrous consequences.
2. Whose fault is it? You made the choice. I gave you safe kills. I could NOT reveal who was pro-town. And by the way I still had to do so when you made the choice to kill beefy. But you decided to wait until heck froze over to let me know who you were killing. Again, your choice.
You won't budge, fine. It's just a fact, I did everything I could have done, safely, to prevent this. You decided on your own to not tell me who you were going to kill until it was way too late (why? This is the interesting part. You never explained why, if you trust me to defend you all game, in thread, out of thread, with power roles and defenders, not waste an investigation on you... even get into a fight with Sasaki trying to save you from death... you decided not to tell me who you were going to kill. You delayed intentionally, for no reason at all.)
Bottom line, you don't want to say it's your fault, and this isn't about assigning fault. If that were what we were doing, we would have gone after you for killing Reenk Roink earlier. We would have lynched you for being even remotely uncooperative. This isn't about fault or blame.
This is about making sure we know who you are going to kill so we can spare the pro-villain roles before it is too late. You didn't cooperate, as such you're as much a threat to us as any "hero". You've killed far more valuable people than they have. This isn't about anger or revenge or spite or even punishment. This is about ensuring the people we are working with are willing to cooperate. You aren't.
I defended you all up and down at great risk to my own credibility, without knowing your alignment. I wasted a defender on you, we wasted a lynch protecting you. Now, you've shown me, perhaps others, that you're not willing to follow direction or at least inform us of your kills promptly, when you send them. As such, you're a continued danger to the town, and by the authority vested in me by the people who actually want to use their pro-villain abilities without being taken out by a vigilante or a serial killer or a "hero", I smite you with a Thwomp to the head. That's my judgment but fortunately for you, I don't have any control over anything besides my own vote, and I gave you a chance to defend yourself.

If you guys have a good suspect, one that we haven't looked into yet, I'm willing to entertain the idea. I still believe khaan could be a vigilante and if he would make sure he tells us who is going to die ahead of time, we could risk leaving him alive. I am not saying that's the smart move, but it is a valid, albeit dangerous option. But we need to either take care of this this round, or not at all. Let's find a good suspect or ensure fewer deaths per night; choice is yours.

Well that one is my fault. I could have insisted he kill the precise person I said to murder, or he would be lynched. The "loose" chain is my bad.
I have been put in the position of being the head of networks several times before; my first game I was an investigator who managed to bluff his way into being the "spokesperson" for the investigator and lived most of the way through the game. As such I formed a pro-town network. I was part of a mason group more than once, as such I formed pro-town networks. I was given a lynchproof role as Stewie in the Family Guy game, as such I formed a pro-town network. I recently was made nearly indestructible... basically proving that I'm a townie, which means I can be investigated all day long and defended and nothing can touch me. Which means... form a pro-town network. Again.
As such, people are probably sick and tired of following my direction. As such, it's less fun for everyone. As such, I have been trying not to be a leader so much as a spokesperson and protector of secrets. In one or two instances (protecting Shinseikhaan) I've flexed my muscles, and I've helped ensure things weren't wasted, like defenses or investigations, etc. But no one is under orders to do exactly as I say, and they can suggest their own path forward and I can see if it makes sense and meshes with the plan. I've tried to be as hands-off as possible.
I will accept blame for not keeping a "tighter" leash on the roles. But I will say that I set certain fair guidelines and boundaries, and allowed for discussion, encouraged it, and simply wanted to be informed. That's all, no biggie. Trying to keep the game fun in spite of my annoying role not only as Bowser, but once again, the head of a pro-town/villain network. Again.
