Dont mind them. They just think you are too nerdy/too much extra time . What they dont realize though, is thats what they are too.

Mooks your starting to go over the line. Just watch what your saying eh?
This a public forum, Mooks. There are rules. If you don't abide by them then you don't use the forums. Its as simple as that.
This RP-game here is supposed to be fun, so if you don't have fun please leave and let the others enjoy the game @ Mooks
Just put the gun down, Mooks.
And it turns out they have Internet here, so if you don't mind making a new batch, Navarro?
I think there's some serious misunderstanding going on w/ what Mooks wrote. Something I learned long long ago when the internet was invented (well, not really; but chat rooms were the cool thing to do!) is that its hard to understand the tone that people use on-line.

Hmmmmm, no balloon on this one; but the offer is still open for anyone who can tell me what movie (without looking!) the line "We walk in the garden of his turbulance" comes from.
A KNIGHTS TALE!!
by the way, excellent movie. see it if you haven't
Haha...you have a strange sense of great movies...
Uh...is it an eastern style movie TCM?
here's a clip

Damnit Potocello, stop beating me to it!
I have to admit that also I like the film, don't laugh at me ^^
*Laughs*
Don't get me wrong; I don't dislike A Knights Tale, but I also don't dislike Bulletproof Monk and the Matrix. They're crap films, but still fun and entertaining. And thats half of what a good film should be...I mean, I like Alexander, but its a terrible film. Same goes for 300, although thats much lower down the scale. And then you got things like the Last Samurai which is awesome, except for a key aspect called Tom Cruise...but lets not get into that
Whaaaaa...
The Matrix isn't crap! Are you sure you aren't confusing it with the sequels?
I'm not complicated with movies, there's only one "habit" I have.
At the days around Easter and Christmas I cannot live without having seen those old, epic and at-least-4-hours-lasting films like the Ten Commandments, Ben Hur, Quo Vadis and King Of Kings at least one time each.
:balloon2: to Potocello for the correct answer
Good guesses all, and I like all of those movies, though I've never seen Quo Vadis. Another decent one is El Cid.
EDIT: Can I get an updated list of the Command structure of Legio I Apulia so I can update the Phalerium? I think I saw TCV write that he is the only one there and I want to make sure. Thanks!
Oh no, the first Matrix is good but slightly flawed...the second's just one of those crap follow up movies, and the third would be good if it tried a little harder...its more like a real action film the third one.
Oh, and Everyone, about this event, is it going to be implemented? Because if it is we need to make Carthage more aggressive. Maybe spawn some more armies or fleets for it in dangerous positions, and maybe give it a few cities like Arse (Saguntum) or Messana/Syracuse to represent conquests or alliances that would endager Rome
Dont worry about it Marcellus. I really dont care. Bunch of grown men (or women) getting upset over some text on a screen doesnt bother me a bit.
Oh for gods sake Mooks just keep it civil will you?
Do we even have enough tribunes for every legion to have two? Perhaps we should raise the amount of battles needed to rise to Legatus.
ah, but don't the legions already have their 2nd in commands? it's not necessary for all legati to command a legion.
How goes the event Everyone?
nothing much, the trouble of this is that it just forces war with Carthage and gives them many troops; I was thinking something more to role-play or having more functions are better/more varied
I was thinking of having on of the Sicilian cities and Iberian cities join Carthage, then spawning them armies in dangerous positions. Navies also need to be looked at
