then if objectivity is illusory, and subjectivety is objective, then does that mean sujectivety is illusory?
But wouldn't that mean Occam's Razor is illusory if we continue this line of reasoning? :inquisitive:

Dare I contend that illusion itself is illusory?
Aye, illusion is reality.
Reality is an illusion.Quote:

Night 1 - Conclusion.
Seamus Fermanagh was tired.
He arrived in Taormina earlier that day, after a last minute flight. For some reason, he just couldn't resist the constant advertising about splendid holidays and interesting women in Taormina.
That strange travel agent guy promised him sun, beaches, stunning women, culture... He just kept on talking, talking, talking, trying to convinve him. Just to get rid of the guy, Seamus had bought the last minute tickets.
Right now, only a couple of hours later, he was happy to be alive...
Tired. That was the most fitting description for poor ol' Seamus.
The exhaustion caused random thoughts, like "The subjective illusion cannot be objective, therfore, it must be an impossible theory, at least in practice."
"Oh boy, time to go to sleep", Seamus thought.
For some reason, the hotel he was staying in, wasn't damaged by the eruption. He went to his room and fell asleep even before his head touched the pillow.
Later that night, a well dressed man entered Seamus room. he took his pillow and choked him to dead.
The experienced killer took his sharp stiletto and stabbed it through the soft bit at the back of Seamus' head, just for good measure.
--------
That night, in another hotel, some people couldn't sleep because of the screams coming from a locked room.
A man was heard screaming : "Yes! A breast prothesis! My ultimate fantasy!"
A woman spoke, her voice the sound of angels singing in heaven : "Hihihi, naughty boy, now stand still why I tie you up and hit you with a wooden bar!"
The sounds of ultimate pleasure and passion continued for several hours.
Somebody must have had a pleasant night...

Day 1
Theatro Greco, 7 a.m.
Pino di Luca stared at the remaining people of Taormina.
"Ladies and gentlemen," he said, an uneasy look on his face, "I have a confession to make. Yesterday I told you not to worry. I lied. There are some dangerous people among us. And they seem to be active. This morning, I found the body of Mister Seamus Fermanagh, an American tourist. He visited our lovely town, seduced by some smooth talker, but alas, the poor man died in his bed tonight, killed by what seems to be an experienced killer. My worst fear has become true: the evil mafiosi who were hiding in this town, survived the eruption. Their identity is unknown. To fight the threat, we will lynch one person each day. We will gather and discuss and eventually we will vote. The person with the most votes at the end of the day, will be lynched. Let's hope we find those mafia scumbags soon!"

Because Seamus, always a good contributor, is a proven innocent.
Vote Abstain
I will vote tomorrow when we got a target.
Why would you be happy that a townie is dead?Quote:

How many kills does the mafia get each night?
Because they can still contribute with analysis of the thread. Since Seamus was a confirmed townie, his death makes everything he says far more credible, since we don't have to worry about whether he's lying or not.Quote:

In my defence I should mention that given the fact that the mafia appear innocent if they don't kill it seems to me that someone (or two) was worried about being investigated night one.
A reading from the book of Sasaki; Chapter 4, Line 23:
...take it away.
-edit- Of course.
Can we take Seamus as confirmed town? I think we can from the description, since it doesn't seem likely mafia would be lured to the town by travel agents. But it should be left a bit open.Quote:
